sweetest day is oct 20th this year.
since we are taking the wives on a cruise, thats present enough, right?
(robin and i were married on sweetest day) 32 years ago.

Hi all:

Quick questions- Is the receipt of the cruise docs more of a symbolic event. The reason I ask is because I did my online check-in and Kids club check-in and so forth. So my cruise docs I got in the mail were basically the luggage tags and my Ground transfers. Did I miss something big?

Oh BTW Only12 more DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep, more symbolic than anything. You'll need those luggage tags and txfrs but otherwise you have already done most of the important stuff. I'll get that and my airline tix. The reality of getting something concrete in your hands can't be beat!

I can't believe it! You guys cost me $300! I looked at that camera and really liked it. Ordered it on newegg.com and got the camera, card, case and card reader with express shipping for $312.00. I'm all over that! Got mine in blue.

Ok, today I am determined to get cruise work done. I am stuck in the house anyway--Alex has a fever. Poor baby, he cried because he thought he would be sick for the trip. He felt better after Rob explained that he has plenty of time to get healthy.

Cass awesome start to your trip report It will be so much fun to follow you along on your trip before we leave! It will be different for you guys traveling with Kira but oh so much more fun in a different way. I remember people thinking we were crazy to take Rachel the first time we did when she was just under 18 months and she doesn't tremember it but she had a blast and we had so much fun seeing WDW through her eyes and I love to pull out the photo album from that trip and look back at it. One thing I do remember from that trip is how the loudness of some of the attractions got to her so if somehow you can muffle the noise that might help. There were a few times on that trip that in her sleep Rach would be saying "boom, boom"

Yeah, I am looking forward to all the pics I am gonna get I am just a little worried about how she's gonna act down there. Only a few weeks ago she started with tantrums and now she wiggles and flips EVERYTIME I change her diaper or her clothes, she's starting to understand what NO means and she doesn't like it And now that she's just starting to walk, she wants to be on the floor all the time and only likes being held for so long. I'm crossing my fingers big time!!

Just like Steve said, it's just nice to get something concrete for the cruise. And when the docs come, you know your cruise is just around the corner

Yeah, we didn't know till Moose & Jeannine told us. Apparently the captain made an announcement but we never heard it??

They took a pic of the cop cars and stuff but you can't see much.

i keep telling guys at work "this could be the one we've been waiting for our whole lives". it would be nice, but im trying to just enjoy the ride this time and hope.
cracks me up when they talk about the long suffering cubs fans.
excuse me, at least chicago had the bulls and the bears win it all.
and they made a big deal about the red sox suffering fans. they have the
patriots and all those celtic teams.

Cass, that's the problem with mobility, with it comes freedom and they want to explore. (the cuddlies come back later.) Did you buy her a seat on the plane? My son at one did well on a plane on the way to the east coast but back home did not so good. He was wide awake for a night flight and the guy in front of him leaned the chair back. (The guy was assigned an aisle seat and moved when he found a window availiable. I'll bet he was sorry that he did that!) Stuart for some reason was mad about the chair being so close and began kicking it. I tried to keep him from doing it, but the boy started to scream. I decided that since the man in front of him was not in his assigned seat, he could just put up with the kicking. It was a long flight home!
