THERE SHE GOES......

ON THE LAST WESTERN CRUISE BEFORE OURS.

NEXT TIME SHE GOES ON THAT ITINERARY, WE'LL ALL BE ABOARD.

Yippee! And I actually know people on it. My boss and riding parter is on that one with her family. I told you guys about her a couple of weeks ago. Her dad did pass away on the Sunday she was supposed to cruise, so she was very happy that she called and moved it even though it cost her a bunch of money.

Yeah, Wisconsin lost by 5 today to Illinois. They finally played a good team and lost. Although the Quarterback isn't the greatest and he did throw 2 Ints. I didn't watch the game so I don't know if they lead to scores for IL.

Now the Packers play the Bears tomorrow night. Let's hope that WI team wins. We don't need a loss to the Bears.

Yeah, my brother-in-law is from Wisconsin. I am thining he wasn't too happy today. We watched the game....another NCAA upset. It seems it is the trend this year.

We are WI Badger fans here...so the loss was quite disappointing.

The Bears/Packers game should be interesting. We'll have to see what happens.

Normal Blood Sugar is 80 to 100. If it hangs out over 100 for too long you're diabetic, if it hangs out lower than that, you're hypoglycemic. 6 times a day will give you a good look at what her BS is doing. BTW, I don't blame her on those BS sticks. I cringe more for those when I give blood than I do for that huge needle they put in my arm to extract the blood. Don't know why but to me it hurts more.

Thanks, Steve. You've been a great help. I promise not to ask any medical questions when were cruising!

quick note to all us guys.
sweetest day is oct 20th this year.
since we are taking the wives on a cruise, thats present enough, right?
(robin and i were married on sweetest day) 32 years ago.

We never celebrate Sweetest Day. I think it was invented by Hallmark as a way to make more money!

Actually, Sweetest Day is usually around the same time as my birthday, so we just celebrate that.

Less than 2 weeks now!!!

Hi Nancy. We're starting out with a lazy Sunday...coffee in bed. Dissing. then Rob is taking Emily and Derek on base. There is a 60th year anniversary celebration of Toys for Tots. They will have activities for the kids and Billy Ray Cyrus is performing--all free. We are not huge Billy Ray fans, but we like that Hannah Montana show, so Derek would really like to see her dad. So Rob will humor him, although I don't think they will actually be able to get into the building to see him....long lines and limited seating. These types of events are some of the best benefits of the military ......It's great for Marines who are young and trying to raise a family in today's economy. Many people don't realize that our young military members make next to nothing in the way of a salary. Some people think that the housing and insurance benefits make up for their sparse salary, but that is not the case. Many military families live on poverty level wages. I thank God everyday that is not the case for my family.

Other than that, I need to alter some of our clothes for the cruise, then I am determined to start packing.
