Oh no!!! They left you to watch it all by your lonesome????? :sad1:

Just think though, in less than 2 weeks, you will be ON the ship, instead of watching it on your TV :thumbsup2

About to go make supper but thought I would post Kira's LAST weekly picture before we leave for you guys!!!!!!!

Wow, you guys have seen 45 of these!! :rolleyes1

Ok, I apologize now for inundating you with hundreds of Kira pics over the past 45 weeks! You've all been so wonderful about it and you always have so many kind words , thank you KKers  :grouphug:

I'm in all my glory today. Tony and Stacy are coming over and all six of us are going over the "last minute" list and they want to see Cass's video!!!
:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

This is going to be a good Sunday for me!:dance3:

I just rewatched Cass' video last night. It's great. I saved a version to drop onto my Dell.

Steve you seem like a techy and may appreciate this one. Here is a digital deer trail camera that I made using a Pelican case, Sony 3.2 cam, and a Pix Controller Infrared/Motion senisitive trigger.

Heres a couple of pics of the cam and an example of the pics it takes...

Mark, that is so cool. I love the idea of a IR controlled digital cam. The photos look great!

last one....this one won a photo contest for me....

:rotfl2: Love It!

is this it?

Congrats Robin!

And on a final note....

Sorry to everyone that has had to put up with a day in the life of Heather for the past 4 or so pages.

Night

Heather, It was fun reading! Good luck next time. I never have luck on those either. But that is usually because I am at work and can't get away. Today, I was doing last minute clothes shopping.

Hey Steve,
Went to Costco today and thought of you. They have a set of 3 white Christmas trees with those weird ping pong like bulbs that have different color bulbs in ea of them. Well they are hooked up to this music stereo thingy (I know I am such a girl) and it is the lights are coordinated to the music, and the music is really nice, kind of like a bolder version of Manheim Steamroller, not like the cheesy bell stuff that lights used to be hooked up to. They were very cool, and reminded me of Disney and you for some reason. :rolleyes1[/QUOTE]

that sounds pretty cool. I'll need to look at it. I was in Target today and was drawn like a magnet to the small amount of Christmas lights they have displayed. I can't wait to start. I have less than 50 days until I'm lights on!

You will be seeing one you designed at our door--I just printed it out and it looks awesome. Thanks again!! I really appreciate it!!!

Glad you liked them...I had fun doing them...including weeks of copying and pasting clipart!

Just curious...which one are you using?

Yes, we got a seat for her and hopefully she will be in her car seat for most of the trip. We have a stop over in Chicago so I will let her run around there as much as I can. I am hoping she will sleep a little as we have two flights which are about 3.5 hours each. :guilty:

Thanks everyone for peeking at my trippie and posting. I can't wait to get this trip started :woohoo:

Cass,

Love the new pic of Kira in your siggie - too cute!

We flew with Thomas when he was 7 months, and he fell asleep each time we took off...and he was very mobile already by then. Here's sending pixiedust: that your flight will go well!

PS - buying the seat is worth every penny!

So, does anyone think the current Western will get rerouted?

Both the Weather Channel and NBC Weather Plus are watching a low pressure system off of Honduras that they think may track north-northeast through the Caribbean over the tip of Cuba and then So. FL.

They are sending a plane down to look at it tomorrow.

So, the current ship is leaving Key West to sail around the western tip of Cuba tomorrow, to get to Grand Cayman on Tuesday. Should make it there, but may be rough water getting there (there is also a low pressure system in the Gulf of Mexico). Wonder if they'll make Cozumel or just head East and take two days at sea and then go to Castawy on Friday.

Anyone else watching the weather?

I'm not, I'm counting on you to watch for us and then report back. :thumbsup2

Thanks, I have a feeling we will need all that pixie dust!!

Yeah, it was the toughest session yet! I only got about 10 photos and 9 of them were of her crawling away  I was lucky to get that one!

It only gets harder...my first digital camera has a 2 second delay...I don't know how many times I tried to take a picture of Thomas and by the time the camera went off, he'd walked out of the shot!

Now, he likes to get his picture talen, but he makes goofy faces...he says CHEESE really loudly and then does a funny grin...hard to get a nice photo.

Anyone else watching the weather?

I thought you'd be watching the game, Jeff!

I'm going to watch the first quarter, at least. I have to get to bed early ( I wake up between 5 - 5:30 am for work) so it's not likely I'll stay up for the whole game.

GO BEARS!:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Ok, I'll be a good sport, Go Packers, too....they're doing really well so far. :cheer2:

She'll sleep but not as much as you want her to. Have a few things for her to play with and some snacks. But you know that. You guys will be OK. Enjoy your trip. You're leaving soon Right? Tommorrow? Have a safe flight and I'll see you in FL

No, I didn't see that coming. I've seen nothing for so long I was lulled. I'll have to start looking again.

Oh how I hate those digital delays. I'm glad that the new ones are better at it.

I was watching one of the channels (I think it was NBC weather plus) and there is historically a bump this week into next every year but then starts to drop off just before the 20th.

They are also watching a system east of the Eastern islands (St. Thomas, St. Lucia, etc.) to see what is going on there.

As long as the activity is done by the middle of next week, I'll be happy.

Watch, this current Western won't be able to go to Cozumel but will also not be able to head east because of the other storm. Might be like that Labor 2006 (I think that was the year) that went for 11 nights. They couldn't get back.
