I plan on hanging around the salad bar myself. I'll sneak a piece of pizza when none of you are watching.

I hate that too! Yesterday I would put in my reservation # and birthdate and it would keep taking me back to that same page saying I need to enter my reservation # and birthdate. I was getting nervous that somhow they lost my reservation, but then once it actully let me see my reservation but it wouldn't let me go any further

I still can't retrieve my ressie on the DCL site. It's killing me!

Awesome job Cass I love the name too.

My niece made one of these for another niece's baby shower and it was the first time any of us had seen one, they are really cool

The best I could do is "Baby Cakes by Cass"



It's a unique Baby shower gift made up of diapers in the shape of a cake. You can add things to it like bibs, creams, cloths, powder, etc so it makes an excellent starter gift for the new mom.

This was a cake that I made my sister for her baby shower this past May...

It was my first one, so be gentle.

Hello everyone,
My wife, Lori, one of the infamous vd girls has been encouraging me lately to get my rear in gear and get online to chat on the DIS boards. So, this morning she brought it up again and I mean literally brought up the web site so that I could send out a shout to all you folks. I am looking forward to our fifth Disney Cruise in October and I am also looking forward to meeting all of you Konked Kruisers. Lori has told me alot about you all and I am sure we are all going to have an Awesome and Magical time.

B9Creations is run by Mike Joyce. An internet aquaintance of mine. An excellent guy. Very honest and reliable. He built my torso for me when I was building my robot.

The B9 was licensed for production on two previous occasions. Both companies took orders and money prior to having built even one robot. Both companies built only a 10th of the robots that they had orders for and then went belly up. People who ordered from them lost thousands of dollars with no recourse. Mike is the defacto leader of a bunch of us nuts that endevoured to build our own robots. He gave the club some legitimacy (B9robot builders club) Ultimately, Mike got together enough suppliers to reliably produce a series of robots on his own. He even got Dick Tuefeld (the original robot voice) to record custom phrases for his robots. His next step was to convince the studios that he wasn't just another rip-off artist. They awarded him a license (mostly because we all love the guy) and last I heard he was very successfully making guys dreams come true.

Their having some sort of problem. I'm not going to get too nervous about it because I really believe that it's more an internet based problem than an actual reservation system problem.

Depending upon how many last minute reservations they get online, it may cost DCL some though. Like Jeff said. It'll probably mean that there will be upgrades avail at the port.

Let's see I have been an ultrasound tech for 21 years, can I remember how I got into it anymore My whole family is in the medical field, my dad was a pharmacist, both my brothers are pharmacists ( I thought of that too but then I was a clerk in a drug store for a while and I thought counting pills all day seemed boring even though I know they do more than that), one sisiter is a nurse, one is a medical transcriptionist in the lab and her husband is a pathologist and then one sister is a x-ray tech. My sister that is a x-ray tech suggested I look into ultrasound when I was finishing up high school and decided I didn't want to go to pharmacy school. I went to x-ray school and we spent a week observing in ultrasound and I thought it looked neat and so I applied to the school and was lucky enough to be accepted right out of x-ray school into ultrasound school and here it is 21 years later and I still enjoy being an ultrasound tech but I don't enjoy all the hospital politics that go on these days. Ultrasound is a good field and with the technology changing all the time it is still a growing field. Just be prepared to take call and work all shifts and weekends. Any other questions just ask!
