It will be a long 10 days if my kids dont get some sleep - i will need to move them to bed by 11pm so that means I will have to be in bed around the same time. I expect that I will be exhausted most nights so will want to head to bed.

Earlier this week - someone mentioned that there was a special spot on the DI Boards for Live Trip Reports - did I understand that right? if so, where?

What is the best preventative treatment for sea sickness?

1. I have heard of a bracelet that you wear, anyone tried it?
2. there are different pills...whcih ones work best?
3. someone said that there are sprays?
4. what about natural ones like eating green apples?

i have tried the wrist bands

they work but they start to hurt your wrists after a while from the tight squeeze
