I read this book one time that was about all the things they do with donated bodies... it all started because a friend of mine said she was donating her body to science... so I wanted to know what they might do with her. I have read or told her different things and have not heard from her if she still intends to donate herself. Now that was weird huh?

OOOOHHHH! Was that book 'Stiff' by Mary Roach?

I LOVED that book! It was fascinating!
I would bring it to work and read excerpts of it to co-workers and they would tell me to go away! Because it was so weird and graphic and yucky!

COOL!

One of the best books I've ever read!
Read it faster than I read HP books!

Wow Carrie! That's incredible!

Seems like most people pass the written and fail the driving at least the first time.
I failed the driving twice!:rotfl:

What was even better was that I passed the driving road test in my mothers car that was a stick shift. That is what I learned on but I left a stop light in second gear and I forgot to stop for a stop sign and when the guy asked me to paralle (sp) park I told him "nope, can not do that one." I still passed the test.

No way they would let you pass like that here. Wow!
You told him you couldn't parallel park!?

My son's best friend failed his first time 2 months ago (passed the next week again after though) by missing a stop sign. It was an immediate failure.

Cool story though Carrie:lmao:
I just told Sean, he's shaking his head in disbelief:confused3

Oh...I am sorry to have been so nosey... I thought perhaps you had learned some other great tip from your passporter... you were talking about BYOB and then grocery store....

You are not being nosey at all because we were going to use her as an excuse to go buy our beer and what not.

I'm the sucker that downloaded a copy of Disney cruise line tips from Passporter.com. It's an ebook. It was only about $4. I was dying to see if there was anything worthwhile. Hey, it was cheap, ok?

Anyhow, I'll pass on any cool tips I read from it.

Cool thing #1.

Download a countdown clock for your computer to countdown to our cruise!(or any event really):

go to:
magical mountain . net

Sorry, don't know why it won't let me post the link.

Everytime I try it ********** 's out the site name.

So type in http://

On the left side under featured magic, there is a magical countdown clock.
then www.
magicalmountain

Save your one dollar bills for a few weeks before your cruise. This stockpile will come in very handy for room service tips onboard, not to mention tipping the luggage porter, transportation driver, and excursion guides. Having these dollar bills also saves money because you won’t be forced to tip more for the lack of small bills.

Hi Rose
Thanks for the "Tip".:rotfl2: :rotfl2: It's a great tip. Just could not resist the pun!!!

Building off several tips from your PassPorter, I found a hanging mesh laundry bag at Linens & Things before our trip. The bag hooked over the clothesrod in our stateroom closet, just over the safe. The bag came folded flat and small (maybe 5” x 5”) and then popped open into a large mesh bag with a metal ring built in to keep it open when hanging. It was great to just throw dirty laundry in there for me, my husband, and two children during the cruise. The laundry bag also made it easy to repack all the dirty stuff into one bag on the last night of the cruise.

An item well worth its storage space in your luggage is some laundry pre-wash. The kids were dressed up at night and always dessert got on their clothing. Applying the pre-wash immediately after the clothes come off makes the laundry at home after the cruise easier and quicker.

okay Jeff what's our next goal??

I thought it would be to get into 5th place soon, but I think 24,000 will come first.

They were less than 500 away, but they're posting tonight, so they are about 530 ahead of us right now.

Remember, starting tomorrow, we are going to pretend we're starting our cruise.

Past cruisers should post pictures of embarkment day, the sail away party and anything else that happens on Saturday. Pictures of the terminal, both inside and coming over the bridge, would be great.

Everyone should put down what they think their day will consist of.

If you guys are up for it, we'll do it all week.

If not, we'll just let it die.

It is 10:15 p.m. on Friday night. We probably will be trying to go to bed, but too anxious for tomorrow. Hopefully DS is exhausted from the waterpark at Ron Jon.

I offered to Suz that we could go to Downtown Disney this night, but not sure if she'll want to do the hour drive each way.
