Thanks. I've been happy with my progress so far. I think that I'll probably ramp up my activity level a bit on the cruise to offset some of the gain. I really never want to see 200 again. My Doc started dropping the statin hints last time I was in.

Heather you missed off the fact that if you come to the states for over 14 nights our tour operates stop just short of making you sell one of your children to pay for it....

She was in her 50's, that's all I know. Dave's really torn up about it... mainly because he doesn't know how to feel. He was particularly close with her but he knows he needs to feel sad so he's dealing with a lot of conflicting feelings. I feel bad for him

It was just such a shock this morning. My MOH just talked to her on the phone last week when she RSVP'd for my shower. Dave's parents just saw her two days ago. We just got her wedding RSVP and she said she was so excited about it!

Sorry to hear your sad news Elizabeth. A month before our big day Rick's Nan died and his relations from Scotland ended up not coming to our wedding, as they didnit feel they could take the long journey down to London.

I hope you have a lovely day and Dave's Nan will be watching, even if she can't be there.

that is too funny about the girls writing all over themselves. I'm glad i didn't miss that story. It seems everyone is posting so much these days that I know I am missing pages at a time. I read what I can and then come back another time and can't recall where exactly I missed sections at. So if I don't answer you that is why.

We went to a drumming circle yesterday. It was kind of neat. It was an Indian ceremony. The kids thought it was great.

So sorry to hear how things are going with your parents. I have a friend at work whose mother was just recently diagnosed. Seems that she hid it for a long time as she lived alone in a different state. So now she is progressing into a mean stage and my friend is still trying to learn about it and take care of her too. Very sad...

School starts for us on Wed. Trying to get things done and ready so that we have a smooth transition.

We still have not got our pirate clothing yet. I guess I need to get on the ball with that. Halloween costumes will be out before you know it and I might be able to get the kids that way.
