Considering our cabin's are available and we go there first, what is the next thing you will do after embarking?

In the event the rooms are not available when we board, what is the first thing you will do when you get on board?

Well, if we get to board at the regular time, around noon, that leaves about an hour before our rooms are ready.

Normally we head straight to the buffet at Topsiders but I don't particularily enjoy the welcome aboard buffet so I am going to beeline it to Pluto's for chicken strips/hot dog and fries That way Rob is also close to the ice cream

All 5 shirts are done. Kyle and Kelsey were actually excited about theirs. Mackenzie has not seen hers. She wanted a pink shirt and I thought that would not be a problem since there was no pink in the logo but it really did play with the colors. Her green looks like split pea.

Yay! Another thing done!! Congrats Carrie!

I am working on some DIS Tag stuff right now, although it's rather difficult since most of my tag stuff is packed. Guess I will have my work cut out for me after we move and unpack.

I can see it now...7 months after the cruise, I find more tag stuff in my boxes

I am working on some DIS Tag stuff right now, although it's rather difficult since most of my tag stuff is packed. Guess I will have my work cut out for me after we move and unpack.

No tattoos here. I have been wanting to get a Mickey tat for about 10 years now but Rob has made it clear that he wouldn't approve.

Are we all wearing the same t-shirt on the first day or are we all kind of doing our own thing?

Are we going to do a group shot sometime during the cruise?

Michaels. My new fave. store. I went there today to get 3 shirts and I ended up spending $38. Needless to say I got more then shirts. I am very thrifty though and I have a hard time with thier prices on some things. So I wait for sales and clearance.

I really like this store too. Whenever I am looking for something hard to find, I'll usually find it there. Today I got the magnetic tape I needed for the doorsigns there. I've been looking all over for that stuff! I few years back I cleaned out their stock of the twinkling arches that I used to border my yard during christmas. I almost got into a bidding war over them because someone called on the phone wanting them. I told the clerk, I'm here and I got money. I walked out with them.

Either way, I'm sending Laura and the kids to a pool or food while I try to secure the Palos brunch that I want so badly. Then I'm eating!

Cass (or anyone else who knows)

I know you plan on being at Budget at 9:30 to drop off your rental and the terminal officially opens around 10:00. If Chuck and Tony drop the four of us off at 9:30 (or so) at the terminal and we end up standing in line to get in, will we be able to drop our luggage off with a porter and then stand in the line? Or do the porters start their day of work at 10:00??

Stacy and I will have our own luggage and Tony and Chuck's. Jesse and Kristin will have their own but two people to handle it.

Just wondering.

Nancy - from what I can remember, they don't open the gates until about 10am, so you can't drop off your luggage until them. Unless its changed since.

Does anyone know how the launch is going to go that day? Whether it's stayed there or not? I think we're going to try and leave WDW by 7:30 or 8:00 just cause we don't know where we're going and I'd rather be way early than late. We're driving our own car though, so we don't have one to drop off or anything... just walking from the lot.
