Is there anyone who would object to me posting it on the DIS boards??

I am going to edit the video and take out the photos of everyone before I post it.

Happy Birthday to your Rob!!!!!!!!!

I thought it was freaky too! I'm pretty sure that my Rob is older than yours......He's 38 today.

Heather--Linda's and our reseervations are connected since we are tablemates. I will try to go online and snag a ressie for brunch for her, but the last time I tried, they only had availability for dinner left. Getting on the ship and booking it quickly is probably her best bet.....I'll try anyway!

This is the first I hear about a video, but if I (or anyone in my family) ends up on it, I'm fine with you posting it. Sounds like fun!

Just spoke to Linda and she seems fine and sends everyone her love.

Paige - she said that if you do manage to get her a ressie, she definately owes you a cocktail. She is going to email Disney as well.

Nancy - Linda said that you for the letters. She really appreciates them.

Watch out Tuesday....the lady hopes to be back!

Hi Guys...I popped out to the shops for 1hr and guess who phones whilst I'm out.....Yes Linda!

She says that they have finally found temporary acommodation and are starting to turn things around. It looks like the drying out and rebuilding could take anywhere from 6mth to a year, but Wayne shold be able to do the majority of the work himself.

They are coming on the cruise with us all....yippee...and wished to let everyone know that they are really touched by all the good wishes from us all.

They haven't been able to do any ressies as the flood happened the night before returning cruisers could book on-line. She hopes that when they get on-board Disney might take pity on them and sort out brunch in Palo's as this was the one thing that her and Wayne wanted to do this time.

The excursions will just be a case of taking a chance once on-board. Anyway, I will be speaking to her in about half an hour, so if there is anything more to report....I'll update this thread

If they don't do it over the phone, you may be able to do it on the ship. They don't require you to cancel until 24 hours prior, so you could hold the ressie until you board and then go to Rock'n Bar D together and see what they will do for you. If they don't do anything, I'm sure the matre' d (sp?) will help you out up in Palo.

Eat, what is eating. There is free food on ship, I am not wasting my time or money eating that morning, just getting in line to sign up for the bus.

How about a cruise related QotD?

How many movies have you seen in the Buena Vista Theatre (plus the WD Theatre if they run one there) on a normal 7-night cruise?

For the newbies, how many do you plan on watching?

Has anyone had a complete rainout of a day during a cruise? We never had. Just wondering what people do. Was it at Sea or in a Port?

As for the movies, I don't know about the rest of the family but I will be to busy to watch movies.

As for a rain out I have had one. It was a port day in Cozumel. It made it really hard because we had to tender and it got bad enough that the tenders could not run anymore. So there were people stuck on land and on the ship. As the rain let up then they would get as many people back to the ship as they could. For on the ship everyone acts like it is not even raining. The pool is open as long is their is not lighting.
