I have to say, this "nurse" is getting worn out. But, I'll definately take care of my sweetie.

We made reservations at "The Brock" at Niagara Falls for this weekend.


We need the time together after dealing with my parents. We could also use the down time. Looking forward to it.

Scott here , wish we had a Niagra Falls here to get away to. I would take Carrie away in a heartbeat.

Scott here, That is OK, Doing good, just getting ready for school to start tom. It is going to be a tough one with the youngest starting kindergarten. I am going to take it harder than I realize. With the older 2 it was not that bad, beacuse they were with there mom half of the time. But with Mac, I have her full time.

How are things going on your end, other then the big guy feeling bad?

We feel a weight is off of our shoulders since Mom & Dad are in the nursing home. We just get a case of the guilts. You begin to feel guilty if you have a good time.

I'm sure we'll get over it. I imagine everyone who has place someone goes through this.

Maybe we should stay on the ship since everyone else will be on the pirate ship??

Don't you have a DS that is 5 or 6? Isn't he into Pirates?

I think this is appealling to those who have boys between the ages of 5-10. Plus, if you get the early excursion, you will have plenty of time afterwards to tour or go to the beach.

Just looks like fun.

Appelton is about 1 1/2 hours north of us.

Scott here, I have a decent baseball hat collection, and I usually get minor league hats. I noticed that the Beliot Snappers and Wisconsin TimberRattlers are close to the eastern part of WI, where most of you all are at. Was wondering if anyone goes to their games?

Scott here, I have a decent baseball hat collection, and I usually get minor league hats. I noticed that the Beliot Snappers and Wisconsin TimberRattlers are close to the eastern part of WI, where most of you all are at. Was wondering if anyone goes to their games?

Never been to the Snappers.

Been to the Rattlers. It is more fun than a MLB game, but this is the low levels of the minors so not that great of players.

The Rattlers are actually really bad this year.

We pass their stadium on the way to my grandmother's. It is right along the freeway and near a big mall.

This is from last week....I was making a roast and gave Rob a taster before it was actually ready....when I gave it to him I said "Enjoy your supper, that's all there is!" He gave me this look...

So I said..."WHAT??? Do you think you're on a cruise or something???"

I wouldn't mind separate plates FULL of food (but then I would need to borrow some hands for 10 plates of food), but you should never sit with my dad though for supper.... you might get ... stressed.
