Sorry this is late, but I'm swamped at work. About another week or two and I should be smooth sailing (well actually not sailing for about another 10 weeks, but you know what I mean).

Anyhow, here is the QotD:

- Fruit! hmmm... all that fruit!
- Ice Cream! mmmm.... ice creeeaammm.
- 3 Entree's a NIGHT + 2 Desserts!
- Chicken Fingers!
- Room Service with Cass & Kira!!

Hey, I can now ask Chuck about his "Balls" and Chris about his "Fanny Pack". I'm all set.

Add to that the VD girls, I'll have everyone looking at us in the terminal, both US and UKers, and all because they don't DIS and know what we're talking about.

We're a sad group.

It seems to get worse as the page count goes up....

rob and cass. when are you guys moving? we are going to niagra falls next weekend so since we will be in canada anyway, we thought we would come over and help with the move. what are you about 20 or 30 thousand miles from the falls?
will we be honorary canadians eh?

Moving at the end of the month, you'll have to drive only 2240 miles (day and 1/2 driving) to get to the new place, so get started early. Don't forget your passport. Oh, Lilo & Stitch are with the dog walker hopefully and not in a kennel.

New cruiser so I'm a vigin to the menus....sure do look good....

I'll start backwards...Dessert first. I really like Pecan Pie so the Kentucky Bourban Pecan Pie will do it for me. Those keylime pies on a stick look interesting also. Or the Shiver Me Timbers White Chocolate Cheese cake, or.....you get the picture. I like my desserts!!!

Main Course - Is either going to be the Lobster or Tenderloin. And by the way...mix my food up, touch each other, mash it all together. All the better for me.

Appetizer - Black Beard Jumbo Crab cakes, Hot crab Newburg.

I think I have more than 3 to 5 things but they all look so good.

do we need a passport to go to canada? hope not because we dont have one.
was hoping birth cert would be ok. if not i guess we will stay on the american side.

ill have the steak and fries. NOT TOUCHING.
pinapple upside down cake on cc. i take 2 pieces and make a double decker. kind of like double stuff oreos.
the only time we went to palo i tried the lamb. couldnt get over the image of that poor little sheep. i think that bite is still stuck in my throat. then i had them bring me a steak.
and forget about the duck. we had ducks in our pond and i coulnd bear the thought of eating that.(somehow its ok to eat a cow though.)
and ill have an order of chicken tenders please. and a burger while your at it.
and an ice cream cone.
thanks jeff. now im getting hungry. and i just lost 4 lbs. this week.

oh yea, i forgot about the fresh pinapple. and robin loves the mangos on cc.
call me strange but i love the scrambled eggs and bacon(with donuts on the side)at topsiders. thats where you will see us every morning as robin refuses to sleep in on the cruise.
we love to eat breakfast outside!!!!

Lobster, I almost never eat it since it is fairly expensive in CA. I'll probably have Two!

I've never had lobster before but I'm thinking about having it at Palo on Semiformal night since that's the night we have Palo reserved. I hope I like it!

I got our Dining Rotation Request in today. My TA e-mailed me that she called Disney. So here's hoping for the APL since I will be planning all my ressies off of it.

thats where our dd and her friend just opened there own photography studio.
i was down there last weekend to help her move in and set up.

I'm actually not sure. Is that northern Ohio or southern? We live near Toledo, in Bowling Green but I have lived in West Chester in the past too.

robin loves shell fish but is allergic. she swelled up real bad a few years ago after eating shrimp. hasnt had the nerve to try it again after that.

that was a blast a few weeks ago. we set the alarm. got up only to find out they opened the lines early and we were scrambling around trying to get booked. it was hilarious. we got everything we wanted. then we were on such a disney high we couldnt get back to sleep.

I just received a post card from Linda. I'll quote it word for word:

Nancy, I'm writing to let you know our house was flooded Fri 20th-July. Up to waist height in sewage water. We have lost everything down stairs, lounge, kitchen, study, utility, dining room. Ellies house/toys in garden. Firefighters had to resuce our neighbors by life boat! We will be out of our house for 6-9 months. We are in hotel at present. Looking for place to rent-but then so are 100's of other families! What a nightmare! Please let others know I hope to be on line by Oct, but I don't know my DIS info. (It was on my favorites on the lap top). We have to put our upstairs stuff in storage-as looters have been in the street! What with Ellies moving schools & now this, I will so need this cruise.

Oh my gosh how horrible! Prayers going Linda and her family's way from us! I'm so glad they were at least able to get the pictures out! I hope insurance covers what they've lost too!

Nancy, thanks for sharing that information about Linda. I wondered what was going on since it had been so long since we'd seen anything from her.

Is there anything we can do for them in the meantime? Get together a KK care package or something along those lines?
