Sunday afternoon is always Daddy-Kira time as he doesn't get to see her much during the week.

So they were downstairs playing and I hear Rob "Awww yuck! She puked on me!"

Ran downstairs to help...this is what I found...

Oh man, I think it may be stuck in his ear.

She still looks happy even after puking on daddy.

But ask Rob, is it really that bad if it is your own kid doing the puking on you. If it was someone else's, then gross. But when it's your own, it just doesn't seem to matter. Although glad it's not me with a puke face.

O.K. Cass, how hard were you laughing when you got downstairs?

How did you manage to make him pose for a picture?

You must have image stabilization on your camera, otherwise that picture would have been blurry from you shaking from laughing.

My DW and I ate at JITB many times while we were dating. The JITB in our area moved out many years ago however.

If your still there Rob i have to ask do all Canadian DJ's carry all that gear to every gig or are you like the dogs bullocks of DJ's out your way,DJ's over here only carry like two decks,two speakers and a box of Cd's.....and what would you charge for a wedding gig?....The lads over here charge about £150,200... US dollar that's about $300/400...

I'm a rare gem these days, since the introduction of high density hard drives and the proliferation of MP3, most DJ's now use laptops and not CDs. Now you can take a laptop, two self powered speakers (usually b/w 250W to 400W), and charge anywhere from $400 to $1500 CAD (the USD and CAD are essentially par now) depending on your skill.

The DJ rig I have is 4400W @ 8 ohm stereo (I can DJ well over 1000 people with the 4 speakers I use in a 35000sq ft room), I use over 870 cd albums (about 22,000 songs) and use 23 lights, including a Class 3b RGY (Red Green Yellow) laser. My peers say I'm the extreme in quality and rig size, & I'm proud to know that there is no equal in Western Canada. I charge $1250 for our WeddingQuest package, which puts the wedding monogram on the dance floor and the couples wedding colours on the spotlights, as well I give 8 hrs of background music and 4 hrs of dance music (where I'm spinning the tunes).
We have a blast doing it and I've been dj'ing now for over 22yrs.

O.K., it took us 8 days to get the last 1,000 posts (16k-17k) but we've already put up over 300 posts in 2 days. At this rate we will be at 18k by Thursday.

At 1k per week, this thing is going to be about 30k in posts before we leave.

Well, I did my laughing first, then I said WAIT, ran and got the camera and took it. Actually, if the CF card was in my SLR, it would have been a better pic cus when I grabbed the elph and started to take the pic, Kira was laughing!!! But the camera froze and wouldn't let me take the dang photo!

which is why I WILL be taking the SLR to WDW!!

Ok, thought I'd answer this before I go shower.
Its not that bad that its Kira though in regards to someone elses puke, the worst I had when I was an EMT was doing mouth to pocketmask without a one way valve and after compressions the person vomitted into the mask while I was getting ready to blow again and that's all I am going to say about that experience.

Yes, got a nice nap and slept off the meds by 2pm. However, I take the stronger med again at 6pm. I go back and see the doc tomorrow morning. I must say, the Ibuprofen 800 is helping a great deal with the pain.

Hey everyone, just checked. The Brewers are now tied 5-5 in the bottom of the 8th and the Cards have bases loaded with only 1 out. They've already scored one this inning.

Won't happen. The Mets are too good and the Brewers can't play a team with a record like that.

I think they may get swept in that series. At least the series is at home, so it may help.

They are 10-16 (.385) in the month of July with only one game to go.

O.K., I've looked at the post counts and I see Nancy has overtaken Karen again.

But where is Linda? She is trailing Chris big time. She's going to owe someone a drink or two.

Also, the VD haven't posted in a while. Their race is almost dead even. About 3 posts apart.

Although, I don't care about the posts counts as long as people just stop by and say hi every once and a while.
