We are considering it. I would love too, but it sure would wreck me the next day. A friend of Teddy's invited him to go to a midnight show, but he is not sure. I think he might want to wait and go with us a different time. Amazing, huh, he would rather go with his parents? He just read all 6 books for the first time--he started them the middle of May and finished them last week. I was impressed!

How old is Spencer? Teddy is 10.

ill start. click. mines off. its supposed to be 90 by sunday

i can hear the clicking off of air conditioners all over the world right now

we saw HP4 on IMAX - very very cool - the flight scenes during the TriWizard Comp were amazing.

There is no way I will see an HP any other way now (other than on DVD).

Dont you have any IMAX theatres around you guys? We have to drive about 30 minutes but its worth it

Spencer will be 8 in August but he is a pretty good reader. He just started reading HP1 about a 3 weeks ago and he is just about done. We were reading together last night - him on HP1 and me re-reading HP6 (to prep myself for HP7 on the 21st). He likes it when I am near him so I can explain some words as some are beyong him still.

How Did Teddy find HP6 - was it hard for him to read (its very emotional). I cried at the end of that book so hard. I wonder how kids react when they read that emotional of a story

Spencer too - I just didnt have your eloquent words to say it (LOL).

But I have to say Avery is that way too - she loves to sleep in the nude and wants to walk around that way too - we finallyhad to lay down the rules that at 5 years old now she has to at least wear underwear. Last summer I would come down stairs on a Saturday morning and find her laying bear naked watching TV - thinking nothing of it.

2 years ago I thought it would be nice to get Scott a day of golf with Mike his BFF!!!!! So Mike came up with this idea all his own. He would be Scott's birthday present!!!! He's so crazy!!

Yeah, sure! You guys will all be snuggling under the covers tonight because the A/C is blowing while I get up 7 times to douse my hair and feet in freezing cold water...come on...no fibbing!!!

You know, I am not really sure. He is a very sensitive/emotional child, but he already knew what was going to happen in the end. His tight group of friends are all Potter crazy and have talked about it for years--he just finally got around to reading them for himself. I think he was more upset about Sirius because he didn't know about that in book 5.

We do have IMAX in Richmond but it is about 1 hour away. I'm not sure if they show new release features like that though? I should check it out!!!
