be smart like robin and i and make plans for the eastern route. with the
3 jinx families on this cruise (mike and robin..walt and di...cass and rob) we are sure to be diverted by another hurricane.

Listen, we are GOING to do the WESTERN Caribbean AND we will DO the parasailing in Castaway Cay, and that's all there is to it!

OMG How far into the cruise were you when you were diverted?

I found out the night before the cruise that our "Western" Caribbean turned into an "Eastern" Caribbean due to Hurricane Wilma as I checked the website. I don't think Mike and Robin knew until they got to the terminal, is that right Mike & Robin???

And we have this little jinx thing going with parasailing as well. We've tried to parasail 3 times now and everytime it's been canceled so, crossing our fingers. If you REALLY want to parasail on CC, you may not want to book the second parasailing of the day


If you REALLY wanna talk about bad vibes, has anyone ever been on the cruise and NOT been able to dock at CC???

Our very first cruise in 2002, we made it and EVERYONE was SO happy, clapping and hollering... apparently, the Magic (and the Wonder as well I think) hadn't been able to dock for 4 weeks....I guess the crew on CC were awfully lonely

If you REALLY wanna talk about bad vibes, has anyone ever been on the cruise and NOT been able to dock at CC???

Our very first cruise in 2002, we made it and EVERYONE was SO happy, clapping and hollering... apparently, the Magic (and the Wonder as well I think) hadn't been able to dock for 4 weeks....I guess the crew on CC were awfully lonely

Oh my goodness...at least they don't cancel the cruises. Our 2004 cruise on the Wonder was after a few hurricanes had done some damage to Castaway Cay... so things we are hearing about and pics of it are nothing like when we went. It was terrible. The adult beach had piles of sand still where they hadn't even finished repairing it.

My wife is so paranoid about the behavior of our children at dinner. I tell her that our Kids are angels compared to the children I see day in and day out at the emergency room. Besides, If the children do misbehave on occasion, we will probably get nothing but understanding glances from the other parents who all fear the exact fate.

Do you work in the ER? Sorry if you have covered this before I missed alot by not going back. I am very fearful of behavior at dinner. But my thing is who will behave worse, the kids or my mother.

trust me on this one. tone it down a little

I will make sure Candyman reads this one tomorrow. He has to work tonight and then sleep half the day tomorrow. We get both of his kids tomorrow and for the full weekend so the only thing planned is shopping. He proposed at DL. And I have never thought about having him painted my toenails. Might have to hit him up for that one, but I am not really a girly girly so I might pass.
