........

Elouise had a fab party, but sadly there was an incident at school on Friday where a boy ( who we have had issues with before) put a skipping rope in elouises mouth and tied her to a tree. ! Im very upset about this and elouise had a nightmare Sat night and wet the bed ( which was was soooo upset and embarassed about ) I saw the head today, who basically said no one saw the incident... Hello yes 2 other kids at least have said they saw it , but have you asked them NO!

Wayne and I have insisted we have an appointment at 2pm today to sit and get the facts. Im so upset as elouises cried for the first time about going to school today, and I felt so mean making her go. This boy has some learning problems i think, he is very very bright, but cant actually paly nicely ( the punches bites spits etc) I feel for him and his parents, however Elouises safety at school has to be the main priority for me.

Please send me so pixie dust, im so uptight I feel sick right now.

PS thanks for letting me share with you X

Poor Elouise........what a terrible thing.:sad1: And I can't believe the school doesn't want to take responsibility! .......I hope your meeting goes well...lots of pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust:

.....In your opinion are these books suitable for a six year old (I'll be reading - he'll be listening!) - chapter a night at bedtime? I've seen a bit of one of the movies where there a monster thingy in the toilets but apart from that I havent a clue!:confused3

Karen - Shane loves Harry Potter....Sometimes the books are a little over his head...I have to help him use his imagination to explain some things ...but he is definitely a movie fan and is very much looking forward to the new movie being released this summer!!!

Sorry you are so frustrated with your move......hope all gets resolved soon!;)

Sorry guys, just jumping in. been off line for a day or so.

Happy Birthday to Nancys DD Kristin ! :thumbsup2

 :sad2: Oh, Linda, that is just so terrible I hated to read that.
Poor, poor baby! I'm so sorry.
:grouphug:  Lots of love and hugs to Eloise!

How is she doing now?

I hope that there is a stern punishment for that boy, from the school and
also from his parents.
He needs something to slap him and wake him up to the fact that he cannot
treat ANY living creature like that.... be it a little girl or even a stray animal.
If his behavior isn't nipped in the bud right now, I would hate to hear how he may turn out as an adult.

Keep us posted.

:thumbsup2 Cass, I can't wait to see pics of the new little teeth!!!!! All of those milestones are just the best!!!:thumbsup2

Karen, any update on the house? Did they get back to you? I'm sorry they are dragging their feet. Just remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease!!:thumbsup2

Kira's two teeth are small, they just cut through the gums so it's hard to see them (she always puts her tongue over them so WE can't see them  ) but as soon as they are visible in a pic, I shall post one! :cool1:

She hardly cried, in fact, other than her usual not-too-happy-to-be-napping-right-now cries, I haven't noticed any kind of discomfort from her. My friend whose little boy is 2 months older than Kira, cried and cried and cried for days when he first got his teeth :sad1:

I may be in the minority here, but we saw Pirates 3 on Friday and I didn't like it at all. Anyone else not like it?? Rob didn't even like it and he likes EVERY movie! (well except for American Psycho  :sad2: :lmao: ) I was SO looking forward to it too! Hopefully Ocean's 13 doesn't disappoint, cus I am REALLY looking forward to that one! :woohoo:

I have my favorite photo of Palo here:

Mimosa's and champagne at the Sunday brunch!:goodvibes

My friends had the mimosa's, but when asked what I'd prefer I picked the
champagne.....

I figure why ruin the champagne by watering it down with a non-alcoholic
beverage!:rotfl:

Mushroom something at Palo....

I didn't eat it.... hate mushrooms as much as seafood, but my friends
thought it was very good.

And it is very eye-catching:
