I have 10 years in and get 4 weeks, plus 5 days to use any time plus 12 days (negotiated by me), one per month, plus 8 "hard" holidays (ones that the office is closed).

So in total, not counting "hard" holidays, I get 37 days or 7+ weeks. I will get 1 more week in 5 years. We are allowed to carry forward 2 weeks.

We also have 100% paid premiums for Health, Dental and Life insurance.

Sounds like you get plenty of holiday - no excuse for you all not to come visit us in the UK then Jeff

Is this like an annual bonus?

We have that, but it come in summer.

Just an update on my mother. She is doing real well. On Friday she went to a movie. It was a 2 hour movie and then went home and took a 2 hour nap. So she feels she is not doing that good. But she does want to come it the youngest DD this week to go see a movie. Hmmm I don't think she is that up to it but I can not argue with her. Yesterday I took her on one quick errond and she was walking faster then me, and I walk pretty fast. Then she came ouside and sat for about 30 minutes in the heat while the rest of us were in the pool. She was busily taking pictures of all of us. I think she is getting better with each day.

Great news to hear she is getting better. She'll be jogging round deck 4 by October

That was suppose to be my 40th B-day trip next year, but now it is the Repo cruise.

I could go to our Global Conference in Washington DC to get it, but there is nothing else there for me and with a June 30th year end, I need to close the books out before the Auditors come in August. Can't spend 5 days there at that time of year.

However, our National organization is having a Financial Summit in Las Vegas the week after Thanksgiving and I'm going to that one. I'm flying Suz and DS out with me that Friday right after Thanksgiving and they are flying back on Monday. I will fly back on Thursday. So I get a mini-vacation within a month after the cruise.

As for going to the movie, don't argue with her. If she has a will to get out, let her do it. The last thing you'll want is her stuck at home. So, will it be Shrek or POTC3 this week?

I was so depressed last night when I could not get on, those darn updates, I understand why they do them but still they kept me from talking to everybody. At least it is up and running now.

You know, I went over to the corner of SS and Pilgirm and just started asking the woman of the house if she was Nancy and was it her garden I needed to till. Surprisingly, after about 100 ladies said they were and I did their gardens, I never found yours. Your neighbors are probably all done though, right?

That's the funniest thing I heard in weeks.

You know, the Mods actually have access to the "old" search feature. On one of the "other" threads I use to post on, there is a Mod there that went back to look something up. We all asked how she was able to do it. Her response, "I used the old search".

So if it is out there and everyone is complaining about the new one, why don't they just put the old one back on? Or are they purposely doing it so we can't go back and check what people have said?

BTW, I see we are almost up to a full day faster than the almighty Aug '08 EB Repo thread in getting 1,000 posts. Their 1,000 started on 5/12 at 5:43 p.m. while ours started on 5/13 at 3:15 p.m. (both Central DIS Time).

We are doing 1,000 posts a week people.

It is going to be Sherk, my mother went and saw it last week and said it was kid friendly so she would like to take her. My father would go along since she is not driving yet. So that makes me feel a little better.

Went this afternoon (late lunch/early dinner). Delicious as usual is correct. I had the A-1 Peppercorn again and Suz had the Bonzai. They embarassed her with singing and ice cream (which DS ate because we were both too full).

I'm supposed to be checking out theme park ticket prices for our friends for when they go with us to WDW next month (we have our tickets already) so now that I'm caught up hear I better do that. She mentioned that someone told her for an extra $30.00 you can get what sounds like an unlimited fast pass but I haven't heard anything about that for Disney, I know you can get something lkie that for Universal. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this for Disney? I'm going to check out the theme park board and see if I can find anything more out.
