princess mom.. i see you guys are down on deck 2 with us. what did they do put all the ohio people down in the bottom of the ship? thats ok if the ship does a titanic on us (belly up) we will be the first ones out.

Wrong movie Mike. You're think Posiden (sp?). That is the one that got hit by the rogue wave and flipped. I just saw the beginning of that one the other night on HBO. Didn't watch the whole movie.

In Titanic, the lower decks got locked in and went down with the ship.

Oh, I got my new digi camera so I'll have to add pictures to the KK Yahoo site. Be forwarned, you need sunglasses to view my white skin! :cool2:

Well crap Mike. At least we Ohioans can cling to eachother while we are sinking............... I looked at the KK site and I am stunned how many Wisconsin people are on this ship. Maybe they'll throw us some life savers. :rotfl:

Sorry Abby. I was reading from a few pages back so I didn't know you were going for your own page.

I will not post for the next 15 minutes so you can have the next page. :thumbsup2

OK, since I'm not Ms. 479 I'm going to go pluck some stray facial hair. :rotfl2: Just kidding! I don't know where that came from. Can this weeks topic of discussion be about body hair in all the wrong places? :rotfl2: Heck, I haven't even been drinking tonight!

I think it is more likely that we will get hit by a rogue wave than run into an iceberg on this cruise. So I think the Posiden incident is more likely to happen.

If we hit an iceberg in the Caribbean, we have more serious things to worry about. :rotfl2:

O.K. then. I will help you get through this page and then you can have the next. Not sticking around for this topic.

How many different "female" topics can we have between now and the cruise? :scared1: :confused3

Thanks Jeff:flower3: But as Hayden says to me sometimes "I got nothin'". I'm fresh out of gibberish. DH was gone all week on a golf trip so my lack of sleep from playing single mommy is catching up with me tonight. Is there a sleeping, drooling smiling somewhere?

Silly Jeff, is that a trick question? The possibilities are endless. We can go on and on about female issues. I have another: How can a husband who's been on a golf vacation all week come home in a bad mood? Oh wait, don't answer that.

There you go. You can list 15 separate topics. :thumbsup2

either way its women and children first so i guess we are out of luck

Yes we will!!! I have verandah taste on an inside budget. So I compromised on the cheapest room with a view I could get.

same here. we are never in the room anyway so went with the cheapest possible.
robin is down your way this weekend. her and our daughter went to titanic exhibit in cincinati

Just a quick hi, then we're off to build Katie's bike. (Hey - what's with these leftover parts! :confused3 :rotfl2: )

We bought our airfare today! AirTran finally calmed their schedule down, and released some more cheapie seats on the return flight. Opted to pay $84.00 more than Southwest, just so we could get seat assignments! So, we don't have to worry about the pre-board scramble on SW!

OK, now I'm a tad bit nervous about the traffic out to the Cape that morning. Got to make sure we're on the earliest bus from the Poly.

Gotta run. DH just hollered upstairs about all the parts and pieces. Ugh!

Did you book the AT tickets that allow you to book seats now, or do you have to wait until the day before?

We have to wait until 24 hours before the flight. But still, to have seats before you go is better than a cattle call.

heres a question for dvc owners. just out of curiosity what is the annual fee? i was watching the dvd they sent us and they keep talking about an annual fee but never tell you how much it is. i guess they want you to call them to find out. just curios. its way out of our league anyway but we can dream...

can you tell robins out of town. ive been on the boards a lot this weekend. thats because i have no friends.

Mike, I'm not sure if it's a percentage or a flat fee, but it does go up with the number of contracts you have (speaking from experience!) It probably also depends on the number of points you have. Annual dues come out in Jan, and are due mid Feb. It's so hard right after Christmas! Sure wish they bill the dues in July. We have 4 contracts, I think a total of 350 points, and our dues this year were around $1450.00. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!

Jeff - if you book AT through a travel agent, they can book the seats for even the most discounted fare. And I totally agree, even getting your seats 24 hours ahead of time is still so much better than SW's process.

Well, we only ended up with 2 leftover parts on Katie's bike. And DH and I didn't kill each other in the process! Just an FYI, Huffy doesn't make very good instructions, very vague. Katie's going to be thrilled, it's an Ariel bike. Plus we got her an Ariel helmet and pads. Her party on Saturday is Ariel themed, so this just ties in nicely altogether.

It's late, and I'm rather sleepy. Off to bed! G'night.

Our family of five is going on the 7 day sailing on the Magic. We have been booked for a little over 2 years and just found this website. What else have we been missing out on?:mickeyjum
