So I mentioned this morning that the bosses are gone for the next week and 1/2 and I plan on screwing around all day.

Here's what I did all day so far...

Read DIS messages
Balanced checking account
Looked at all the Jelly Beans because I can't eat any of them until Sunday
Visited with the warehouseman
Read some more DIS messages
Was verbally abused by boss's FIL (poor old man has Alzheimers )
Locked the doors when he left
Watched him hit my car with his as he left the parking lot
Burned a few cds
Looked at the Jelly Beans again
Made coffee
Read my Oprah magazine
Made more coffee
Looked at the Jelly Beans again..
Decided to do some of the accountants work instead of "counting" jellybeans.
Packed up the black jelly beans to eat on Sunday
Put them back because I decided I don't need them anyway
Ate my healthy lunch and eyed up the Jelly Beans again
Packed up all the Jelly Beans and sent them home with a salesman.
Regretting that I did that cuz I really wanted those black ones.
Ate my fruit.....(Proud of me Karen?)

Karen, if you're lit all day I think it means you're drunk.

Or I suppose it could mean you're high...but with this group I think the alcoholic reference is more appropriate!

I was actually in the middle of my post when the 2 co-workers I usually go to lunch with came down and we left. I come back and the half written post is still on my screen.

I was going to finish it, but I thought I'd better see if it was answered first.

I'm actually craving anything except what I'm eating right now! Ooooh,yummy organic carrots, organic English cucumbers, a dry turkey sandwich with organic lettuce, and a bag-o-fruit. Washing it all down with a big old glass of water Anyone envious yet?

What's with the organic? Is that part of your diet or philosophy on food?

The UK is going organic mad at the moment. If the fruit and veg is not organically grown, then you shouldn't eat it.

What is a mojito? I know it is a drink, but what's in it?

Here's an alcoholic bump for my favorite kruisers...

A mojito is basically rum, club soda, and mint (or spearmint), with some simple syrup.

I know they are popular with lots of people but I don't like them. I'm not a big fan of rum or minty drinks, so that probably explains it.

Just part of my diet Jeff. I was mis-diagnosed with so many stomach ailments in the past few years that I went organic as much as possible all on my own. Now it's all I eat in the veggie/fruit category.

Yup, he sure did hit my car. Not too much damage though. I talked to my boss today and he agreed to pay for any damages out of his pocket. I told him I'd trade him evenly...my 10 year old Mystique for his 1 year old Lexus. He wasn't as amused as I was with the offer.
