PS - Karen, how's the Nose? Must admit, I could just imagine the noise as I read your post. That's something I would do. Normally, it's hitting my head on a kitchen cupbaord door, when I opened it or bashing my head on the underneath of the counter top. Rick says he's given up on me.

Very Happy Birthday to Cass and the Grimace


My nose is still swollen and very sore and my head still pounding, but at least my eyes didnt go black. I put loads of arnica on last night and I think its helped wuite a lot. I finally got through to Neil to tell him (he was on night shift last night) and all I heard down the phone was a big snort trying not to laugh out loud then silence as he tried to compose himself and think of something sympathetic to say - men

The conservatory door has 3 smeer marks on the glass - forehead, nose and chin.

I'm off to buy a shotgun today and a camo outfit


Lindy - as for what animal - erm.....lets think....anything that eats cats for brekkie, lunch and dinner

I also agree with fate - Neil originally cancelled the holiday when he met me then at the last minute rebooked it - we'd have never met otherwise

Whats attractive in a man -

I go for big wide shoulders.... I like my man chunky, not keen on the skinny types, although Jack Sparrow does it for me too

Oh and short hair - dont like ponytails on a man. My mates hubby has a thin straggly ponytail down his back - I've often wanted to cut the darned thing off when he's drunk

OK, I'll be serious now. I have to agree with Karen. Big wide shoulders, beautiful eyes, and no skinny minnies. And of course, Chuck has them all. Oh yeah, have to agree on Jack too.

Sidenote to Brenda: You no likey the "man b**bs"?
(I once saw a set on a young man last year and I was soooo distracted as they were much bigger than mine!)

So I had to think about cancelling my cruise.

My engine broke in my car while responding to an emergency call on Saturday.

I did make it to my call.

I just had to crawl home. Well, not rwally but it felt that way.

Then I had all day Sunday to decide new car or new engine.

I chose new engine.
