So I'm logging back in here at work and I have the Magic docked at CC as my wallpaper, gotta love looking at that everyday, and I was thinking back to the whole tallest building in Milwaukee discussion yesterday. If you put the Magic on its end, it would be taller than our tallest building here. That's tells you how sad of a skyline we have.

Great scrapbook Cass!!

I'm torn on showing it to Suz. She is big into scrapbooking, but does it the old fashion way.

She spends enough time on scrapbooking, I don't need her to do more, let alone steal the computer from me to do it.

Then, if she finds out there is a scrapbooking thread on the DIS, I'll never get her off the computer. Wait, if I use that to get her on the DIS, maybe I can have her then slide over to this board and you guys can work her over, I mean encourage her to go on the cruise.

Karen.... Angel is lovely isnt it ? ( not as lovely as my Anya Hindemarch bag ) I normally buy mine duty free, or at Harrods, cos they often give "freebies" out with purchases,like sample hand creams etc. The shower gel is quite reasonable and I find if i use that and then the perfume, I smell good for over 14 hours! ie, i smell of Angel... that was worded all wrong... I dont stink .... honest!

Cass, Love those pictures in the scrapbook, way good. Well guess you have a fantastic model, so thats half the job done! even I could make stuff loook good with baby Kira modelling for me !
Im not into crafty stuff, I just havent the time or patience to do it. Even though a big craft shop opened less than 2 miles from my front door! My Mum was VERY pleased though.... my dad not so much, as he can see more money disappearing!


We have just got news the broadband we are on from 1st May goes to 20MB, I think thats good, as Wayne is dancing around the room in joy so long as I can Dis im happy !

Karen if you buy an Angel bottle MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU BUY, that it s a refilable one. It may cost a couple of £ more, however then you can use it and refill, at any Debenhams house of Frazer type dept store. As for the Angel source...... its a refill station, where its about 2/3rds of the original price for a refill. Great idea!

Wayne knows he is in for an "adult night" if I spritz my hair with the hair spray Angel....... its a luxury for me about £16 for a small tin of lush hair spray! ................ It only comes out for "special" occasions!

Oooooh - Angel hair spray - if your hair smells lovely on the cruise does that mean Wayne is on to a promise

Ddint know they did refillables - thanks for the tip - it really is lovely. Does perfume last on you? - I must have wierd type of skin that just wears off quickly.

ps - we NEED a photo of this bag - just so we can drool and coo over it when we see it in October.

I have just come back from lunch with my mate and her baby - my adopted nephew - he's just ttttoooooo cute. I have had the majority of a bottlew of merlot and my spelling is dreadful - hence I am spending more time correcting than typing

She may have cruised western before but she hasnt cruised western with US lot yet - whole new experience

Brenda, I just finished reading the latest on Argie-Bargie and Shrubbery....brilliant!

I am praying that you miraculously win the lotto, fix the foundation and get to cruise with us.

We won't be cruising again until 2011 (my DD will graduate from high school), so I think we should plan accordingly. Whaddya say, KKs? June 2011 on the new ship? **Note to self: Start praying for Emily to get a college scholarship, so we can afford the big ship in 2011.**

Y'all have a great weekend. I am finally getting back on track at my house after being in Louisiana for 10 days. I came home a little sluggish because I ate all that good food. In fact, my DBIL shipped live crawfish to us here in Monterey and DH boiled them....YUMMO! Here's a pic....

Karen, I am so sorry to hear about your sister.
It is so wonderful that she has you as a sister to be able to help her in such a great way. I hope that it works out. It must be awful for you to still be waiting for more news.

Take something to help you sleep at night...I usually take some benedryl-diphenhydramine to help me sleep better..if my mind keeps ticking too much I might also try some Kava-Kava....it's kind of like having a glass of wine or two, just takes the edge off. Or better yet...have a glass of wine or two!
