Yeah I booked my 19 to 26 RPR last year. Glad I did, as never that lower price I have seen. And when AP rates came out, got 26 to 2 October at SF at a good rate, now higher than I got weeks ago.
But I agree, keep checking, as you can always book at rate you can live with, then cancel and book a better rate. I first had my August stay at PBH booked months ago at stay more rate, but then got a nice lower AP rate at HRH when AP for August and September came out, so cancelled and booked the HRH. Now I see that price higher by quite a bit.
