***October 2012 Thread*** MNSSHP + Food & Wine - Does It Get Any Better?

I guess I have to leave to the September 2012 board - I have just called and changed my dates to a week earlier! We will now be in Disney from Sept 22-29/12. I won't be there for Food and Wine, but we will be there for MNSSHP!! I also saved about $200 by changing my dates. Still very excited!!:goodvibes

Joining in on all the fun!!! Not sure of our "exact" dates yet, but we are probably looking at Oct. 16 - Oct. 23!!!! This will be our first trip to WDW as a Family! DD will be almost 3 by then & I will also have a 7 month old with me!!! I am so excited to be taking my children!!!! I'm already brainwashing my DD!!! She loves Mickey and all his friends!!! I'm looking forward to actually booking the trip & then making ADRs!!!! :cool1:

haha ew. I"d pass on frogs less! Poor kermie! ;) :lmao:

I am SOOOO hoping that the Fantasyland will be ready for our trips in October 2012! Everything points to "late 2012". It's a big reason why I postponed from May (also weather!) to Sept 30-Oct 10!

I love Beauty and the Beast! The whole new fantasyland looks amazing! (yes I have read that the mine train isn't going to be ready till 2013. I'm ok with missing that!)

:cheer2:

I agree!

I'm kinda bummed the mine train won't be open until 2013. I was looking forward to that. As long as Be Our Guest is open, I'll deal. :)

Excellent point! :rotfl:

This is our first EVER family trip (me and the kids) and I'm already thinking about another trip in 2014! My oldest will be 17 by that point so I figure I'll get another trip in there before he decides to move out and go to College. I'm REALLY gonna save though and we're gonna try and do a Moderate resort over Christmas, New Years, First week of January just before school goes back in! :cheer2:

I've heard its really expensive to stay on property on Christmas day. Does anybody know how much more expensive it actually is?
