i was happy to see mine go to $103 today for 8 days

BJ's AD8Z21SDB is for 10 days. Curious, no BJ stores in my area, do you have to show coupon or membership card? alamo did make me produce a AAA card in the garage a few years ago.

I've never been asked to show a coupon or membership card, but I have both.

13 days (10/2 - 14) $179 for a compact, but...
upgraded to standard for $186!

The car I rented this morning, 5 hours ago, has now dropped $11 to $175!!!

I'm going to check again in another 5 hours!

Used Alamo Insiders/7014136/AD2359FDF - seems to be the number one combination used so far, recently. Going to check rates again right now...

where do you plug in each code? I want to try Alamo! I have national but I'd give it a shot!!

put in your initial dates and then click more options
next to ID put the number code and next to coupon code put the one with the letters and hit go
you might have to join alamo insiders - it's free and its worth the shot for a great discount!

Ok I just used that code and for a full size SUV Oct 6-10 I was able to hit the $330 mark! In a few hours I dropped $30!

What are you looking for? I'm seeing a midsize for your dates at Alamo around $240, and with different codes/times it might be less. Not the greatest, but definitely better than the $300-$400 rates we were seeing around these dates a month ago.

Well right now I have a Standard car for using Visa 7015504 and the AA coupon AD2359FDF for $218 for 10/22 - 10/30.

I also have a Standard SUV using the same codes for $358.

Would really like a Mini-Van through Alamo also but rates are very high so currently have one book through Budget with BCD X474200 and coupon MUWZ023 for $358.

Hope to the car can get under $200 and the SUV under $300.

I was looking at my SUV reservation does anyone know what rate code this is: AA8X, not sure how it got there because I didn't input it.

My Intermediate SUV for $213 total just can't be beat so far with any company.

Do I go to the counter or are there kiosks? Then do I head to the Budget area outside and pick a car from the Intermediate SUV aisle? Or do they assign me a car?

I would like to know too - have the exact same car reserved for the exact same price! Haven't rented from Budget at the airport before, and if we don't get a Chevy/GM product, my DH will probably choose to walk!
