Hey Guys!!

This is a thread for all of us planning to go to wdw in Oct 2010!! Lets plan together!! List anything you already have planned or are planning... or just anything you want to talk about for your upcoming October trip!!
I'll start... we are not sure the exact dates but we are either going to go to CSR or the Wilderness Lodge.. We are going to try and get ADRS for Le Cellier, Ohana, Kona Cafe, Boma, and the Crystal Plalace!! We are also going to try and do MNSSHP Yea!! I'm So Excited

I am going in Dec. this year but have dtaes picked for next year 10/29 to 11/7. Went in Oct. 2008 and loved it. Just wanted to see x-mas time this yr

YAY! An October 2010 club!
i have very rough plans right now to go Oct. 4 - 15. i want to stay at all star music again and am hoping for a sweet deal like free dining (again) or 40% off room rates. ill go with or without the discount .. but it sure would be nice to have the extra money for a suitcase full of souvenirs!!!

I'm here!!
We're planning on going Oct 9-16, and will probably stay at Windsor Hills.
There will be me, dh, and the kids...ds (8), dd(7), dd(4) ...oh, and my mother-in-law! But she's great, and we're thrilled she wants to go back with us! The six of us went in Oct '06, and have been counting down the days until Oct '10!

I'm trying to convince dh and mil to stay in a townhouse instead of a 3 BR condo. It's only $120 more for the week, and we won't have to worry about footsteps above us, or our elephants, aka kids, stomping around. And I love the idea of the private lanai and splash pool!

This is my first time on the Dis Boards posting. We are planning on going next year from 10/29- 11/7 to celebrate my b'day. I'm hoping that my mom will come with along with my sisters and sister's sons. There may be 10 of us.

One year from tomorrow we'll head back to WDW. I turn 39 next Tuesday (the 13th) and 40 next year. I've been saving every dollar we can get our hands on for next year's trip. My family (wife and two sons) hit WDW in July 07 and July 08. My wife and I came down this summer in June just the two of us. Awesome. Planning on returning next year. Probably All-Star Sports again. My boys (12 and 9) love it. Eating at Chef Mickey's, LeCellier, etc. Can't wait.

Count me in! We're planning on leaving home on October 16th to start our looonnngg drive from Michigan. We're hoping to stay at Bay Lake Tower in a 1-bedroom Villa. My in laws have DVC and are kind enough to let us use their points we pay like $7.50 per point. We may end up at Beach Club villas though which is great too.

At this point I am hoping to make this trip a surprise for our kids, one of those wake them the morning of and say 'We're going to Disney" lol but we're stille arly in the planning stages. We'll do MNSSHP and probably eat breakfast at Chef Mickey's one morning. We don't really do any other table restaurants we use counter service mostly.

I'm here!!! DF and I are getting married in WDW 10/2/2010!!!! We'll also be disneymooning!

We'll be staying at AKV 9/30/2010 - 10/3/2010 and then moving over to the BWV from 10/3/2010 - 10/7/2010! We are so psyched! Can't wait to plan with all of you!

Hiya, we are officially in the planning stage now!!!! 1 year today...

Not just Disney for us next year - coming over from the UK means a MAJOR trip - so doing 2 weeks.

Plans are for Disney, Universal(one night at the HRH for effectively 2 days FOTL passes) , Kennedy, Seaworld and a trip to the Homosassa State Wildlife Park to see a bit of the wildlife out there too... Planning one night at the MNSSHP too.

Now, I hadn't thought I'd done much planning, but seeing it all written there.....

Is it worth doing a water park in late Oct??? Or does it get too cold for that??? Remember we are from the UK - our swimming pools are usually shivery !!! I remember getting into our heated villa pool in April and it was like a hot BATH!!!

We went in November of last year and we swam! it was alittle chilly getting out of that warm water but definatly swimable!

we are going from 10/7- 10/21 and staying at beach club.

We don't have many plans yet except we want to go to MNSSHP and perhaps discovery cove as all the kids will be old enough for the dolphin swim

We are going from Oct 24th until Oct 29th I already booked our hotel we are staying at the Poly and we are visiting all 4 parks and I already picked out my restuarants for my ADR's
