October 2008 code watch

Subscribing. Leaving for WDW on August 14 - just my luck the October codes will come out on August 15th...... Guess I will have to call reservations each morning before we leave for the parks to see if a discount has come out..... The things we do for a code!!!!

I would rather get a room only code, versus a package. In the past for us staying at a value resort it came out cheaper, like around $59 - $69 a night. The package deal I bought 2 years ago (August 17) was $634.83 for a 9 night stay at POP with the purchase of minimum of a one day park ticket per person in your party, so this comes out to $70.53 per night. Back in 2004 I paid $49 a night. Just some info. I thought I'd share with others who are patiently waiting. This type of package is what I'm expecting again. Whatever they are offering, I'm happy to go!!

We called again and this time a CM found a code under our name. She said it would have either came in the mail or as an email. It saved up about 260. For a 6day/7night with a 5 day hopper pass and meal plan we are paying about 2100. That is at the Pop Century. That also includes airfare. I thought that was pretty good. We will see if something comes out that helps us even more.

I just booked CSR for $99/night with tickets using a PIN for a few days in October. I just started getting PIN emails this year after waiting forever for one. Hold out hope that you'll get one!

Still nothing this AM, quite a juggling act, getting ready for work, checking the internet, washing dishes, checking the internet, doing laundry checking the internet, LOL. By Thursday I will have mastered, LOL !!!

I priced out a package for five days in Oct at the POR (stayed at CBR first time) and with Airfare, 4 day hopper with water park and flight I am at 2300.

Having not done this PIN thing before I am assuming that I should price out the hotel only and the tickets only so I can see what I would actually be saving?



At this point I will self destruct before Thursday which is the day we leave to go camping. Everyday is an adventure for sure

Yes. It is on the disneyworld.com site. On the upper right it says "passholders" and "Florida Residents". Click on passholders, then be prepared to enter the number off your pass or voucher. There is a place to view special offers for passholders and "Great Resort Rates".

Good morning!
The AP rates are out. I'm not sure of the time frame, but I was able to get an AP rate for our trip 10/25- 11/2 at the YC - Water View room - $295 a night plus tax. We are super excited!
Hope everyone gets a great rate!

Was able to get PORFQ for $1000 for our 8 day/7 night stay 10/21-10/28- saving about $300 from AAA rate we origianlly had but still not so happy about that availability.
