Last night my new confirmation from DU came through. The good news is that I have stateroom 6521 as requested, the bad news is that I have first dining even though I requested late dining. I sent them another email to see if they can fix this. Worst case scenario, I will try to do it when I get on the ship.

Kristi---Let's not make any rash judgement... I actually am not taking a tally for FE list until next October, it seems last cruise people came and went and never let anyone know they weren't partaking. So I will wait at least until a yr out and maybe by then things will change your way. Even so you know I won't be able to pass up your cabin without leaving something for those adorable girls of yours.
I hope your month goes ok with Richard working alot at the church! As long as you get better and aren't sick I am sure it will!!

Corinna--I can't imagine late seating being hard to achieve. I always thought it was Main dining that we are all fighting for! So hopefully you will get what you want!

And everyone must go over and read Corinna's trip report. I feel like I am back on the ship. And if anyone had the pleasure of having a conversation with Corinna and Graham , as I did, then you too will hear her cute English accent as you read. No joke...I am reading in my head but Corinna's voice is in there......Oh no am I going crazy....Ok I am Disney crazy so I have been told by friends and family. But then I just think of all of you and remind myself that I am not crazy it's all the others!

Well off to have some breakfast, pack kids lunches, and get ready for school and work! Nothing big today I guess.....i wonder what the drug rep will bring for lunch today to the office.....I love drug reps!! Yesterday Subway....maybe today Olive Garden?? Hmmmm

Good Evening! Hmm I wonder where everyone is??? hhhheeeellllloooooo! Anyone out there? LOL Well today I am having major Magic withdrawl! If robin wasn't threating me with bodily harm, I would cancel and book for an earlier cruise...LMAO j/k Robin!
I actually am thinking I would like to surprise Del with a balcony room but I am so torn.....I could just save the money and spend it on pictures and dolphin swim or something.....Oh the pressure of decisions! Well I am having back pains today so I am off to get the kids ready for bed and then I can get a hot shower and take a pain pill...have been just suffering all day but I think I need relief!

Its been a long weekend. 2 of the boys were at church camp, and tried to christmas shop yesterday. got most of the boy stuff done. Hope you decide to stay in the same room, you know we will be neighbors!! h

I am on vacation this week, so no work for me!!!! I still have 8 more days to use before the end of the year. Not sure when I will take them or if I will even use all of them.

I am getting excited for this friday. Norma and I are getting up early and attacking the stores. Hopefully I will be able to get something good. We shall see.

Yeah robin, you would mentally abuse me which is why I would not change, at least without you.... Today is an ok day, haiving some girly issues so I am in loads of back pain and else where. I am seeing the doc a couple days before Xmas and gonna talk surgery then. Hope everyone is having a good day. I too am going out on black friday, though I have already gotten the things the kids wanted. If I get it better fine but I don't like basing Xmas on the sales....$30 savings isn't worth my babies not getting what they ask for. I just won't have that $30 for DOTD... My girlfriend Wendy and I will prolly be up at 3am if not sooner. A factory outlet about an 1 1/2 hrs away opens at 11pm Thanksgiving so who knows what our plans will be! Well I am off to meet the kids at the bus and then to Nelia's Parent teacher conference. Talk to you all later!!

OK So I THINK I have decided that I am staying in the room I have. I was gonna surprise Del with a balcony but I keep think the $300 to upgrade to one could be phots, DOTD, and whatever tricket the kids want to take home. Plus I do have nightmares before I go about the balcony so better I not have one i guess. Well I am off to finish another xmas project for Nelia's teacher....after that I will only have like 2 people to make them for. So who's all going out black friday?

Hey there everyone! Hope you are all doing well. I wanted to get on here while I had a few moments to wish each and every one of you a Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy your holiday and try not to stuff yourselves too much. After all, it would just mean you'd be working harder to get it off before the cruise. LOL

Anyway, as usual life is nuts around here. Got lots on our plate and some days are easier to deal with than others. BUT, we're taking life one day at a time and know that it will all work out in the end the way it's supposed to. I do ask that you keep my DH and his job in your thoughts as things are a little on edge for him. Thanks!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. It has been a busy 6 weeks for us since the cruise. Marty and I took a couples trip. Thomas had his adenoids and tonsils out plus some sinus surgery. And I am hosting Thanksgiving Dinner for my family and Marty's family.

Woohoo!! Big Success in Black Friday today. Went out at 2am and scored everything I needed. Old Navy things, DS's(2-1 for each DD), games for DS, movies, flash drives, SD cards (of course for more cruise 2011 photos), jammies, coats, etc Had fun talking to Robin & Norma in New York while I was shopping in Ohio. We shopped together just via phone...LOL I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving!

We did..overate like always (food is so much better when someone else cooks it-we go to a dear friends every year for Thanksgiving diner) Did great on Black Friday and finished all my Christmas shopping Have the tree up and some gifts wrapped Now working on college plans with my son who will graduate in June Hope everyone is doing great

We are passing on Christmas this year. I work for a Dubai based airline and have a couple of free tickets for which I only need to pay the airport taxes. I also spotted a brilliant deal on a 5 star hotel in Dubai over Christmas and decided to book it. I have never stayed in a 5 star hotel before. We will fly out on Christmas Eve and come back on 30th December. I am so looking forward to this.

Unfortunately not. Staying at the Atlantis on the Palm (the only hotel there so far) would eat up my cruise budget for the next two years

We are staying in the centre of Dubai so everywhere we want to go is just a short taxi ride away. I am hoping to spend a day at the Atlantis though. I will take plenty of photos. This is where we will be staying:
