Managed to book everything I wanted for our trip

I booked 11am as our port arrival time. Should I be planning on arriving at Port at 11? Or a little earlier so we can check in at 11am? We will be getting a transfer from HRH so not sure what time to be picked up?

Same here. Got everything we wanted with regards to Palo brunch and dinner and excursions. Had 11am terminal arrival available but chose later since we are in no rush to leave WDW. Is there a big advantage of 11am versus later? I have no desire to be in the middle of a big early rush.

After reading about people being so anxious to get things booked we got on immediately at 12am EDT (9 for us) only to find that there was plenty of availability. Is this just indicative of the cruise not being full? I just had the impression that it would be much more difficult.

Yes in regards to Palo and stuff. I had hard time cruise prior to this getting a palo brunch and I was 90 days out. As for 11a arrival for us it's that the excitement bulids and it gives us a chance to take pictures in terminal. They had in past had few Characters come out for pics in front of ship model ( we had Goofy and pluto, Saw Captain Mickey). And I honestly am just one of those type that wouldn't relax until I get my KTTW in my paws and have my boarding group number. I also never saw rush until after 12p and I have a rental car that needs to be returned and more time is extra money.
It's all just personal choice and with us being 3 "big kids" the get up and go was started around 6a.

Hi everyone I`m Fire14s DH. It`s getting closer to that day and I bet we are all ready to go yesterday I know I am. DW Fire 14 is working on getting the goodies for the FE ready. We have picked some goodies up for the kids. We always try to get each kid in the rooms a bag to themself. It will not be long now we are in the home strech. Fire 14 is ready for her 1st sail away drink . Should I say for this cruise we have many glasses from the last cruise.

On past cruise we got ink pens from local sports Team, shot glasses that were bought from oriental trading, homemade book marks, cd with island music, chocolate bars ( i don't recommend), Playing card decks, lil memo pads someone had made with our group name. Someone made lil FL sovnie thing with small shell and some beach sand from their area. A foam picture frame with words disney magic on it. THe ideas are endless it doesn't have to be much. My favs were the book marks that I still use to this day.

I finally was able to get to the fabric store today and purchase the materials for the FE itself, as well as a few beginning treats for the gifts. I'm the crafty one in our "family" - so I hope I haven't bitten off my than I can chew just yet!

I have requested a particular server (he has emailed me that he will be on the Magic for our cruise), who has been our server 3 times, and even though I have put in the request to DCL, I go to the dining reservation area (usually at Rockin Bar D) in the early afternoon to confirm my request.
