The slide show is done!!! Ran into problems with run time errors then I calmed down and discovered it was one ong the music tracks so downloaded a different one (jail time for me!) and it worked. Now all I have to so it test it at work to see if it will work on other computers and mail it out. If it doesn't work I am stuck with a bunch of CD's all with the same thing on it.

Sally-We went to the topless beach...Jeanne & Joyce saw one topless person...that night while staning in line to get picture taken with Donald she was standing in front of us!

Denine - I believe it takes a few days before the medicine will work its way out of the body. But I am guessing that the BRAT diet will work. It always worked for the kids at the daycare when I worked there.

I am taking Kaleigh to the doctor this afternoon. He diarrhea stopped for 2 days after she was off the ATB. It started up again on Tuesday, 4-6 per day. It is AWFUL! It may be that her normal flora got killed off with the ATB's and she has a secondary infection. Better safe than sorry. Nothing seems to help. Need to go buy more bananas.

Dick is a little under the weather tonight...said he is really dizzy and went to bed at 4.....I think he was up and down too much yesterday taking up carpet...his medication makes him a little dizzy sometimes.

Good programs on tonight so will just sit and knit....

Denine, what happened at the Dr.'s visit? I hope Kaleigh was good for you.

My washing machine broke down on Monday (I forgot to tell you all that) BUT it got fixed today,Darn! Garry did tell me I should have just got a new one. I figure I would get a new one they go on sale in January. I think that is when a lot of stores have their "big" sales. We shall see.

Garry is starting to feel alittle better. Still, no sleep for 3 nights has made things "very interesting". I'm hoping that he will be able to sleep tonight. His cough has lost that "hard bark" sound, so I'm thinking he will be better by the weekend.

Garry is starting a "pay webpage". YOu click on sites, the more you click, the more you make. It isn't ready yet, but when it is I'll let you all know. It is called "Castawaymail.com". Cute name huh?

Well,gonna go. Hopefully it will be bedtime for EVERYONE (children that is) in a half hour.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes. I had a great day! I loved the facial. I had never had one. I'll be doing that again...soon!

Had lunch with my friend and her baby. He is 6 weeks old now and still so cute. Turner had hockey practice last night and then we went out for dinner. We didn't get in until around 10:00 and I was too tired to log on.

Now it is back to work. We have family night at Turner's school this evening and then we leave very early in the morning to go to Charleston for hockey games. I'll still try to logon later. If not, I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Are any of you planning another cruise?

My next trip (not cruise) is on May 2005 to Disneyland to celebrate My husband Mike's 50th birthday and Disneyland 50th birthday, we are spending about 5 days there and doing the Hollywood tour and such.
After that we are heading to WDW in June 2005 for Kristy's 25th birthday staying about 6 days.
Then unfortunately not after that until April of 2007 for my 50th birthday I want to do the cruise for at least the week and then to WDW for a week.
Oh I'm trying to get as many people as I can to go on with us in 2007 (how cool would that be).

Darren called us last night from Disneyland and spoke to Kristy he is doing great and says he is going try to go back to Disneyland in May 2005 for the 50th birthday (I hope he goes at the same time we go). He is also going with us in April 2007. I also spoke to Rachel and she is going in 2007 as well. Sandy, as you know I already spoke to you and Kristy has talked to Heidi and I emailed the Duddetts . So come on this could be a great cruise if we all go. We can take over the ship (HAHA)
I know it's a long time from now but if we start now you never know. I know that I need to plan in advance because I need to save the money for it.

OMG I've talked way too much so I better go now. So bye for now.

Faith, some of us booked for Oct. 14th 2006. It is a 2 stop at Castaway Cay. BUT if EVERYONE decides to go in April 2007.... hmmm..... that could be great! I really want to sail with EVERYONE again!!!! I don't think we could swing Oct.14th 2006 AND April 2007. Besides, the kids wouldn't be aloud to miss all that school because both trips would be in the same school year.

Hi guys, a busy day for Heidi and I. Hopefully, I can sit the rest of the night. Doubt it though cuz Ted's dad ended up at the hospital today for a transfusion and doesn't feel good enough to drive home (in the Mtns) so Ted is on his way to pick him up and then we will have to shuttle cars to get his car back to him.

I think that we are more inclined to take a trip Apr of 2007. Gives us more time to save. BUT.....we still want to travel witht the 5th wheel and the BAD BOY. We want to go to Alaska, too. Man, decisions!

Julie, I want a neptune washer and dryer. Isn't that what you got, Denine? How do you like it? Do you think it saves?

Garry's webpage sounds interesting! And don't think that your little comment went unnoticed!! Looks AND personality.....I am still looking for THAT guy!

Took Kaleigh to the dr and he thinks she may have c. dif. which is a bacterial infection caused be the antibiotics she was on for her ear infection. I left them a stool sample yesterday so they can do a culture and other tests. Now her poor butt is raw. What can you expect after 2 weeks of diarrhea? I keep putting stuff on, but it seems fruitless at times. If the tect comes back positive for c dif, she will have to go on more antibiotics. UGGHHH!!!!!!!

We are trying to decide if we should go visiting tomorrow night. We asked Kaleigh if she wanted to go play with Kurt and Rachel or stay home. She said, "and Brooke". We tried to tell her that it was Makenzie, Garry and Brooke but she kept insisting on "and Brooke". We will play it by ear.

Julie: I keep forgetting to tell you we have Kaleigh saying "I like chicken!"

Faith: We are going to WDW in June. the 5th through the 13th. Glad you heard from Darren. We will be in Disneyland for a few days in August before the Panama cruise.

Sandy: Hope Ted's dad is feeling better. I love my Neptune washer and dryer. It will take some time to see if it saves money. It would have been easier to tell if I bought it and didn't move since we knew what the utility bills were before. I still love them.

Sue: Sounds like you had a nice day!

Sally: Hope DIck is feeling better.

I had a nice break today. I got to go to work for 4 hours and get paid. I needed the break from Kaleigh.

Sinus infection...probably from having to turn on the heat. Also I think it is going around. Tried to avoid it but doctor's appointment tomorrow morning. Hopefully antibiotics.

Well, the first batch of slide show's went out. I need Darren's address and Rachael's. I thought I had them but duh...what did I do with it? I'll tell you symtoms of old age!

Susan...facials are wonderful...I can't decide which is more relaxing massage or facial. Red Door Spa's gives the best facial...includes heated mits for the hands!

Ted's dad just left here. We decided to feed him supper before he went up to his house. Thank goodness I had a decent meal. Roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy and even Disney's orange-mango soup. He loved the soup! So do we! We will have to shuttle cars tomorrow. It is suppose to snow and I do not like to drive in the snow let alone up to my FIL's! It is only a 15-20 minute drive but it is a rough one in the snow.

Bonnie, I just sent you the addresses via email. Sorry to hear you are down with a sinus infection.

Poor Kaleigh. She sure has been through enough the last couple of weeks!

Faith, I bet Darren doesn't keep all those dates because he also has another cruise for Sept 2005 and the Panama Canal cruise of Aug 2005. How can that guy do it on a McD's salary?

Hi Barb,

Nice to meet you. Yes, April 2007 (a lot of time to save $$$) I hope we can all do it. I am the one that had the Walt Disney
Suite. I had to book it 2 years in advance. And yes it cost way more. It has 2 separate bedrooms but it can sleep 8 people very comfortable. But if your real smart (unlike me) you will have more than 4 people in the suite because the more people the less expensive it is. I think it cost me about $8000.00 for just the suite because the 1st two people then the cost more then the price goes down from there.
I already sent a fax to inventory control to request the suite on the Magic or whatever ship goes for at least 7 days
For the week of April 26.2007 (for my 50th birthday) I told them I do not care where of how many days the cruise is for (but at least 7days) you have to be somewhat flexible for this and be ready to put down that deposit as soon as they call you.
This time we are going to try to get a few more people in the suite (mostly because I think it would be more fun) but here is the kicker, I want the master bedroom so I will pay the full cost of the 1st two people and the rest of them can pay the lower cost. Trust me that would be so cool for the others because it would be so much less expensive for them and my DH and I would get the larger bedroom.
Anyway there I go again talking way too much. Again nice to meet you.

Hey, Alaska sounds great but not til I'm at least 65 ish.
I agree I have no idea how Darren can afford these trips but he says he is going at least on the April 2007 trip. He sounded so happy when I spoke with him yesterday. He has been on vacation for 3 weeks now and he is not leaving CA until Monday. WOW lucky him!!!!

Julie- I may just look into that Oct 14,2006 cruise I like the 2 stop CC but I will have to take a cat 50 HA Ha. I just may even if I have to talk an inside room. ??????

Bonnie- Hope your feeling better now. Hey, Kristy and I may try horse back ridding and maybe parasail at WDW when we go in June WE MAY!!!

Good morning everyone. So far no snow. Ted's dad is at the hospital AGAIN getting platelets. He usually gets either a transfusion or the platelets at least once a week. They haven't confirmed it still but it might be leukemia. Ted's cousin who is a nurse wants a second opinion but the FIL is not doing it. This has been going on since BEFORE his back surgery. Waaaay too long!

Faith, we camp every summer all summer long on the weekends. We own a 5th wheel trailer and bought a new truck a year ago. Ted named it the "bad boy". Hey, I heard that you got the 1st shift back. Congrats!

Not much planned for today. If it snows we will have to shuttle the cars, if it doesn't Ted's dad thinks that he can drive home from the hospital today. So.....we are kind of stuck at home until he is done.

Maybe we can burn our vacation picture CD. Ohhhhh, that would make me happy!

I am soo upset. The lab called this morning. They couldn't use the sample I had left for them. Now we need to get them a new sample. But, we have already lost 2 days. Now, we will have to wait longer for the diagnosis for Kaleigh, which means diarrhea for longer. Her poor butt can't take anymore. She just cries so much when I have to change her. I made a new thread asking for help on the CB. I am in tears today. I just want her to feel better. I know she needs to be cleaned very well with every episode of diarrhea, but it just kills me.

Bonnie: Hope you feel better soon.

Luckily we haven't had any snow yet and aren't expecting any. I hope it stays that way.
