I am sooo looking forward to not having strangers in an out of my house all the time. Tomorrow the plumber is coming to look at the faucet that still drips and the jet in my tub that doesn't work.

I hope the landscapers finish today. It may not be until tomorrow.

My hair is falling out from all the stress. I need my vacation!

I just want some time to myself to relax and time with Jerry. Looking forward to Flounder's nursery!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really want to lose some weight, but there really isn't time before we leave for the cruise 1 week from Thursday. Of course, if I don't eat anything between now and then I may have a shot at a couple of pounds.

Does anyone want to know what Kaleigh's favorite word is for the last few weeks? "NO" Welcome to two.

Oh I feel so sorry for you Denine. The word "no" use to drive me nuts with the little ones. Amazingly when they learn that one word, it seems to them that "no" is the only word that exists in the english language at that time. How much fun!!!

Bonnie - I wrote the excursion people and forwarded their response to you. It looks like the only time slot they have is at 8:00 and at 10:00. I am thinking we shoot for 10:00 just to be safe. I guess when we make reservations we have to put down a credit card for a deposit. I think someone mentioned the deposit is $14 and you pay the rest when you get there. Looks like we have to move really soon. If I hear back from you I will do it today or tomorrow.

Susan - you mean you actually have some down time....you? No there must be a mistake!!! Hey if I am home, I would do a wine chat. Free minutes on Saturday night on my cell phone. My house could have 4 phones running while on the internet!!!

Mom - I wrote Pat about the 3 bedroom floorplan and if they can give me the same deal as the 2 bedroom. She said she will check with her sales manager.

Yes, I watch the Bachelor....Wife Swap, Trading Spouses, Extreme Homes, Renovate my family, Apprentice, Suvivor....tells you what I think of regular programing.

Not going to Curves today....will clean the upstairs, pack some more and scrapbook. I am trying to get my last Disney cruise done before this next one. I did Patti's album and let mine go until now...this time Patti and her girls are doing their own scrapbooking which is half the fun. Love to go back and relive my Disney trips.....

Another slow day Susan. Wow, I bet it is so hard on you trying to figure out what to do. Hey, if you can't think of anything I need.....my house cleaned, my bank statements done, my car washed and well, the list goes on.

Heidi, Kristy was in the hospital again. She is starting to have nightmares over going blind too. Faith said that Kristy told her to tell me to tell you that when she feels better she will write. Can't wait to hear what Pat has to say!! I know who you are talking about being neighbors to the dudettes. I have more to say about the subject but don't want to post it. Good luck dudettes!

Hi everyone! Been busy doing a lot of nothing! Does that make sense?

Nothing exciting going around here. Trying to get everything done before next week. We leave on the 13th. I'm hoping to get
everything packed by Sunday.

The landscapers are done!!!!! Jim, the owner, has to come back one last time tomorrow to show us how to use the sprinkler system and to collect his money. It looks sooo nice. There was enough sod left to do some of the backyard. The also made me 2 beds in the back. One is going to be a shade garden, the other an island be to block some of the view into our slider. We may have them come back in the spring or early summer to put in a patio. They were hard workers.

Julie: Did you ever find out about your CAT scan?

Still waiting on the plumber. He should be here by 3 PM.

Have to go out and by a printer tonight. We were going to go last night, but the guys didn't leave until almost 7PM.

The vice presidential debate is on tonight right here from Cleveland.

I am pretty sure I can do a wine chat this weekend. We plan on going to Amish on Saturday to get some stuff that I let get low before we moved and to get some snacks for the drive.

We decided to leave a day early since Jerry's work is making Columbus Day a floating holiday. So, instead of having off that Monday, he is going to take Thursday off and we will take our time, sort of, driving. We want to get to Columbia, SC that day and then to Jacksonville the next day. We can relax a bit and maybe go swimming so Kaleigh can chill out a bit. We will Drive to the port from Jacksonville Saturday morning. Haven't even thought about the drive home yet.

Question for all you Food and Wine Festival people. We will only be there 2 days. Is it something that we HAVE to work in?

OK...who is going to be nest to us on the cruise Heidi and why can't you stand someone you haven't met...must really be bad!

Jeanne-what am I chopped liver? Did you ask me if I have an Orange pumpkin shirt? I guess I am being replaced as a Dudette...can you do that to #1? Hmmmm (did I whine enough?)

Heidi sent you an email...whatever time you want to go horsebackriding is fine with me. I would chance the 8AM if you are willing but if you are more comfortable with the 10AM that is ok too. The horses will be fresh at 8AM though. Remeber to pack shoes with heels. We eill have to discuss the logistics of getting to the beach or pool after and swimsuits also. If others are going to do something with swimming maybe they could take our suits and towels etc...Heck I can change under a towel...I think!

Hey Bonnie, I am sure that you are irreplaceable as Dudette 1. I bet what she was thinking was for the MNSSHP and I thought you weren't even sure if you were able to attend. Hey, that is question. Did you buy a ticket? Hope so!! Bonnie, I will email you regarding who is by you on the cruise. Don't want to post.

I volunteer to bring your towel and suit. Not a problem. Sounds like the taxis are pretty good over there.

Bonnie - I say we go for 8:00 and get out there before everyone else. I think we will be very close to the beach that everyone is going to. I will be wearing my swimsuit under my clothes so I don't have to worry about changing. I think I am only going to wear tennis shoes for this ride, don't really want to bring boots on the cruise!! Did you get my moms email regarding the person I don't like? If everyone else wants to know, I guess I will be brave and post it and hope certain eyes just don't wander onto out thread!!!

Sally - I would love to scrapbook, just haven't taken the time to try and learn. It sounds like fun and I love doing creative stuff like that. I know my sister does a great job but it takes her a while to do it and it is an expensive hobby.

This morning I was driving into work and while I was on the Fed Center property a coyote ran in front of me. It was so cool!!
