Stacey - how horrible for you guys at night and Juliette. I wonder if there was a bear that scared her. You know those babies wouldn't have gotten their scratch if their auntie was around.....I wouldn't have put them down and carried them everywhere, I love spoiling them!!!!! Haven't you learned yet about mom and how nice she is? If you have food in your teeth, instead of being nice and discreet she starts laughing at you.

Well I sucked it up and finally made an appointment to get my legs waxed before Vegas and before the cruise. I have never done it before so if anyone else has, please give me any tips!!!!

Sandy: You and electronics don't seem to get along! :rotfl2:

E-mailed back and forth with Julie yesterday about our upcoming cruise. We may as well have been IM'ing.

We got our dinner switched from early to late. Do not want to get stuck with dinner at 5:30. That is just too early for the cruise.

Stacey: Too bad about everyone's boo boo's.

I was disappointed. It only made it to 91 yesterday.

Sandy: Ohio has great corn, that is why we have the North Ridgeville Corn Festival in August.

Kaleigh earned a book at the library yesterday through the summer reading program.. You earn a book for every 4 hours your read, or in Kaleigh's case, are read to. We are trying to read 45 minutes every day. She should earn at least one more book before the program ends.

Heidi: I use Bath & Body Works spa sunscreen SPF 50. Haven't gotten burned yet. You need to remember to reapply after swimming. Hope your burn is better.

Denine, :rotfl2: you are just as funny as my girls. Must be pick on Sandy week. :lmao: Noah and Graci are doing the reading promotion through their library as well. I remember doing it with the girls when they were young. Now, Stacey can read to HER babies. Yikes, I'm old. What's this about you would of had dinner at 5:30????? Is the Magic starting to stagger dinner times like the Wonder?

Heidi, I am soooo glad that you are trying the leg waxing  FIRST. Then I will know if I should do it. :thumbsup2

We didn't buy a new phone yet. THey couldn't transfer our pictures over to the new phone and I just took pics of the babies playing at the campground playground. I opened up my picture gallery and the first picture I saw was Joey and told them I couldn't do it because I have pictures of the grandkids on it. So last night Ted and I downloaded the pics to the computer. Now we can go look again. I actually just saw a commercial on TV that Walmart actually has a Verizon service that sells phones and we could get a new phone plus the blue tooth for 49.00. I have plans to run over there today to check it out. That would be pretty cool.

:rotfl2: Stacey I'm so glad you decided to join us on this board. I love hearing the stories about Sandy! :lmao:

Called the loan place to see if I can get new papers faxed and no deal. They HAVE to mail them. Grrrrrrrr. It took 2 weeks to get the last ones so now it is a race to see if I get the one I mailed or the new ones first. Ready.....GO!

Stacey- How cute you have a tame bunny! I love bunnies and have missed ours so much. I would like to get another one. Never had one that was trained like that.

Tiffany is so excited about college. She calls me everyday at work just to talk about it. :hyper2: I will really miss her. :sad1:

Stacey's bunny is sooooo adorable. Stacey hit it on the head when she said that Juliet is spoiled.

Barb, sorry about the loan papers. Maybe a little pixie dust is needed to speed things up. :wizard:

 I don't think I would have made it out of college if I moved out of state for college. I would have missed my family so much and would have been home sick and ended up at Metro anyway!!! Hang in there.

Yes, I love my bunny to no end. I won't get another one when she dies though. Here is a picture of her. She is my first baby. I am trying to find a better one but this is what I have for now. I have a cute one on my phone with Joey and her camping. It hasn't come over to my email yet.

Sandy: Yep, they are staggering dinner time on the Magic too. I don't understand why they need to mess with the times. If I had known sooner to sign Kaleigh up for the reading program instead of just the weekly story time, she would alredy have earned her 2nd book.

Stacey: Cute bunny. I love to look at the bunnies when we go to the fair. I am thinking that at some time, we will get Kaleigh invoved with 4H and have her raise bunnies or something small.

Jerry took Kaleigh to Home Depot and the grocery store. She has been nonstop today.

I am trying to do my continuing eductation. I need 24 CE's by next August. The tests in my journal used to be 2 CE's, now they are only 1. So far, it is taking me 1 hour to do 2 tests. Kaleigh and I go outside and she plays while I work. I am really wishing we had a swingset right now!

Well, I have looked up all the wines on the 2 wine packages. I wanted to check out retail prices and comments. As far as price goes, the better deal is the premium package. You pay less over the retail cost per bottle than the Classic package. The problem is, it costs about $100 more than the Classic. Then you need to add 15% gratuity on top of the pacakge price.

Well, the guys are back and it is Kaleigh's bath time.

I was wondering where you were today, Denine. I can't believe they are staggering the times either. How are they going to manage to do the "shows" in each of the restaurants especially Animators Palate?

Hi everyone! I've FINALLY got our pool ready to swim in. I wasn't going to get it ready this year( lots of problems trying to get it up and running, leaving on vacation for 2 weeks and it not running, surgeries all over the place, etc.) anyways, with the heat we were getting, I decided to get it ready after all. I drained the pool COMPLETELY and scrubbed it down. Then I had a problem with the filter, but got it fixed and it's now ready to go.

Sandy, the staggered times won't effect the "shows" at the different restaurants because each different time will start in a different place. For example: 5:30pm AP, 5:45pm PC, 6pm Tr/Lu and the late seating would go 8pm AP, 8:15pm PC, and 8:30pm Tr/Lu. So each place will have only 2 shows per night. We always go with late seating do to the times to get ready for early seating seemed to be too early for us. They have told me that the earlier of the seating times (5:30/8pm) were set for those with children or such and the latest time for each was for adults, families with older children etc. Where or not that the case, we'll find out! We always requests the rotation so we have formal night and semi formal night in Lumiere's and AP. I just can't see eating in formal wear in PC.

Stacey, I had a bunny when growing up as well. We called him Thumper because his hind leg would thump (like Thumper in Bambi) when he got excited.

Barb, I hope Missy had a great birthday. Sorry I didn't get a chance to post on her special day!

Well, gotta go. I'll be back later!

Good morning all!!! Just got done reading about the cruiseline ordeal in Port Canaveral. How very scary for the passengers. I hope everyone injured is alright.

Good Wednesday morning.

Supposed to 87 today. I hope so.

Running behind today becasue I stopped to put bread in the bread machine, new recipe and different machine. It didn't mix all the way, so I had to stop the machine and start it again so it would mix all the way. I think we are good now.

Still need to work on the CE's again today.

Need to put the pork loin in to marinate.

Need to go to BJ's later.

Didn't lose any weight again this week. It is not looking good at losing 8-10 lbs by our cruise. I thought I had enough time to do it, but I guess my body is not cooperating.

Waiting for the vet to call me back about putting Hera on antidepressants.

Anything else?

Denine- I completely understand about CE's. I am currently working on getting my CMA, which is a certified managerial accountant. Pretty much the same this as a CPA but for the private sector. I have a year and a half to complete three sections when I should have had a little over two years. What a time crunch. I hopefully can do it though so when I go back to work I get extra income. Good luck!! I think Kaleigh would love to be involved with small animals. Just don't turn them into a housepet like I did or else you will have your hands really full!! But rabbits are a lot of fun though.

Julie, you are so lucky to have a pool. I bet it was a decision for this year whether or not to get it running with all you have on your plate. Now, I understand staggering times. Thanks.

Denine, my weight isn't cooperating either. I have been VERY good and gained 2 pounds. It really aggrevates you when you KNOW you have been good!

Stacey, I LOVE THAT PICTURE. Please send it to me as an attachment. I HAVE to have it.

I am feeling pretty upset today. Jaymee has been talking about joining the Airforce and is going to see a recruiter today. Bob is so promilitary he has really been encouraging her. I am so close to her I hate the thought of her leaving. I am also not happy with her reasons. She keeps talking about traveling and free schooling. If you are going to join the military it should be because you believe in protecting your country at any cost. I just can't make her see how dangerous it can be. I just heard they are predicting all this fighting is the start of WW 3. If that be the case there is no way Jaymee would not be involved somehow. Although it is primarily army that gets sent to fight Airforce is not exempt. I have a really good friend who's Airforce son is in Irag right now. Bob just got back from 3 months overseas. I pray she decides not to go in.

I think Tiffany will be really home sick too. The girls and I are pretty close. I am wondering how she is going to handle it.

:grouphug: Barb, I wish I could come up with some words of wisdom for you. I just don't even know what to say. My prayers are with you. Unfortunately I would feel exactly how you do. We are here for you.

Barb - I am so sorry you have to go through this. I can't think of anything to say, just hugs and prayers for you. What a hard decision, but I do agree with you..when you sign up I believe that you are signing up to protect your country and not just to travel and go to school for free. I'm sorry.

Good morning.

Barb, still thinking of you.

Listen to this, this is the greatest. Ted and I bumped into my niece and SIL at Applebees so we invited them to join us. My SIL sat next to Ted and my niece sat next to me. A balloon artist came up and was making my 14 year old niece a balloon thingy and he referred to ME as my nieces SISTER. Yep, you read it right. MY SISTER. Man, if I wasn't squished in a booth I would have jumped up and kissed him!!

Oh and before Stacey rats on me again, I dropped my phone again. Thank goodness I didn't have my new one. I don't know what is going on with me. I have been very responsible with my old phones. I hope this isn't a new trend! I much prefer my old phone to a new one. I am holding off. Maybe this drop fixed it. lol
