How about having several groups, and then people can join one group, two groups, all the groups? That way everybody is happy.

I think that could work. Let's say we have:

Mickey Group / Minnie Group / Donald Group / Daisy Group all split into 15 staterooms each. Mickey's have to give to Mickey's / Minnie's have to give to Minnie's / Donald's have to give to Donald's / Daisy's have to give to Daisy's. If you are like Scott and Emily, you can give to all four groups if you want.

I'm going to TRY to do a cabin gift for all along with individuals for my specific group. Just depends on if the idea in my translates well in reality.

Any ideas on how to split into groups? It's no fun saying "decks 1-5 / decks 6-7 / decks 8-10".

Ann has requested a private room for our meet n greet. With so many port days, it was hard to come up with a day and time so we settled on

Embarkment day 4:00pm

Sail Away Party is at 4:15pm
Safety Drill is at 5:15pm

We're also trying to organize a more informal "Storm The Deck" get together on the pool deck for the sea day. Most likely in the afternoon (after brunch times but before main diners have to get ready for dinner).

I know I'm looking forward to meeting everyone!!

They added a Palo brunch on St Kitts day and as of now all slots are available.

He definitely did not keep track of order sign up - you are correct.

Also, he usually adds folks who PM him after the cutoff date in a separate section. Usually they join knowing that they may not receive gifts from everyone but since it looks like there will be groups, he can put them in a separate group to give to each other (plus the folks like us who will give to everyone).

As far as splitting the FE, you (and anyone else who gives to all) should be on each list. That way, you will get from everyone you give to. I don't know the best way to split everyone but I'm sure we can all figure it out together!! If we did end up splitting into 15 each, the late adds can always go into the 4th group. I know I appreciate Scott keeping the list and would split it however you guys think is best. I'm also pretty sure we'll get more that cancel before PIF date.

The vote has been up on FB since 6/18, and a bunch of people over there are wanting to know what the final outcome is, as they want to get started on their shopping/crafting. Can we pick a cut off date on the vote and then split to whatever the outcome is.
