They have to do it. I've dealt with them before last cruise was not a great experience. They will give you control of it. It is your ressie. The OBC they give is not worth it. Plus, I hated not being able to speak to a real person...>>>!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would be a nice touch to be able to talk with a real person but we keep all the records of communication with the ressie and when we have to talk to DU we always seems to be talking with the same girl.

We were very close to doing that....I mean very close! We gave Carol all our info...we were ready to pull the plug but then Carol asked us what dinner seating we had, when we told her, she said "I was afraid of that".....Then she told us we would probably lose early seating but she would do everything she could to get it back for us but there were no guarantees.........If it was just us it would not have been a big deal, but my DSD did not want late at all! So we decided to stick with our ressies!

I bet we can get it for you... I can email her and ask her. Since the majority of the group has that I bet she can get it for you.....!!!!!

It's a hard choice to do...don't want to risk loosing our category and main dinning and the price we paid, but getting more OBC would be awesome. Wish we knew of Carol before we booked with DU!!!!!!!!!

Ask her if you can get the same price if not lower she will match it or beat it for sure... Ask her about main dining too........

If she can do all that for you, I would go for it!!! Reserve with her and cancel DU

We just have been real busy with school and stuff. We are saving for the cruise and now are back into planning stuff for it again. Last fall it seemed so far away but now it is this year.
