Yes she is in Japan, she has a small kiosk outside the store, she has set times that she comes out and only makes about 5 animals, one per family, she must watch the order in which people come as she always choses the people according to when they lined up so if you want her to chose you get there about 15 min early, she will make you any animal.

I always ask a CM when Devine is out, she is definately worth seeing.
