Wow, have you guys looked at some of the post counts on some of the other cruise meet threads? The is one for May 10,2008 that has over 35000 posts aleady!!! Yikes, there are individual people with thousands of posts each there. Wonder what they talk about all the time?

We are going on that cruise. It's the WB Panama Repo. It's one of the reasons it's hard to find time to stay caught up on here. Hope to be able to visit here more often soon.

So far this is who I have who is interested in Linking Early Dining:
This just links us to sit near each other not at the same table. If you already have it set up with your TA to sit with a specific family you can still do that. This just links us to sit all near each other in a specific location in the dining room.

I am just amazed by threads with that many posts!!!! I bet you can look away and find 10 pages added when you look back??? It will be pretty cool to know that many DIS'ers on one ship.

WOW, I just read 3 pages, I have to check in daily or I'll fall behind. I have been doing my volunteering and I have cakes that are due and my ds bday is on Friday so cupcakes were needed, yada yada yada. Anyhoo, as far as renting points we have rented from someone at the DIS, before we were members, and we just rented out points to someone else on the DIS. We have had no problems with it. We would like to sit near everyone as well so add us too please.

So here's what I found out so far....grad nights for DL are June 5,11,12,19.
Ther are a few dates in MAy also, they are May 15,22,29. I'm waiting on info for Universal. I will let you know about those dates as soon as I get them. You should be ok with the plans you have. You're going to have a great time!

Also, the Magic will be here at that time, so you might be able to sneak a peek at it while you're here.

This is great! I will actually be in DL and DCA on June 2,3 and 4, so I should miss them all together. I didn't even think about Univeral. We will be there on the 12th. We could change it to the 13th if we need to, but I think Thursday should be less crowded than Friday.

Let me ask you another question. We will be moving from San Diego to LA on the 11th. We will have that evening and one full day to fill there. Any recommendations for a mother and 10 year old daughter. DD wants to do a tour of some type to see all the sites. Can you recommend a good one that is more than just seeing rich people's houses? ( I have no desire to see how much better they all live than the rest of us.) I'd like to see historical places or maybe tour a studio or something. DD wants a picture of the famous HOLLYWOOD sign.

Oh, I am so jealous. I was planning to go on that cruise. DU gave me a quote but we had some family medical issues to deal with and I ended up missing the deadline to pay the deposit and by the time I got back with DU it was sold out, or at least all the staterooms I could afford was sold out. I still stop in the thread every once and in a while to see what they are planning. I hope you guys have fun. We are keeping an eye out for 2009 dates and are hoping for another Panama 14 day cruise. I'm hoping that the Magic spends all summer doing 14 day cruises back and forth between Florida and California. I know it won't, but bet they would everyone be sold out.

CHRISTMAS what Chrismas !!! I haven't sent out cards in years and some years don't even have time to put up the tree. Going to try to put up the tree this year. Maybe get started today. Only time and pixie dust will tell. Lois

woke up this morning to find 2 inches of snow outside and the kids were jumping for joy LOL so this morning after dropping off DS at school I came back home and built a snowman with DS3. He had a blast, and I even took a few pictures of his first snowman. Wish I knew how to post them here. LOL
Now I have to get back to cleaning, we're having a birthday party for oldest DS tomorrow and I have tons of stuff to do today. Another busy day here Hope you all have a great day!
