Hey everyone.....wow...all those pics are great.....well...I am off to London tomorrow bright and early for a week. Leaving the fam behind and spending a week in jolly ole London with my sister in law visiting my neice who is doing a college semester there.

I checked the weather and it is going to be warmer there than here!! I made sure I had my raincoat but the weather says mid-60's and sunny most of the week!!!

I'll post some pics when I get back. Have a great Easter everyone!!!

Oh....my mom and dad decided to join us again for the cruise!!! They came with us in November but my dad didn't enjoy late dining....so I have to get them on early dining this time.

And one of my sisters and her family may be joining as well!!!

Hi torismom - we're in Martin County. Looks like we're the only ones who can't complain about the weather. But it is VERY dry!
Big Red1 - I have that picture too. Got a special kick out of it as both Frances & Jeanne made ladfall here!

Yeah, I'm complaining, big time!!!!!!!!!!! It was 10 here when I got up, and it's so windy there are little whitecaps on my pond behind my house!!!! It was warmer than this at Christmas, and all of January!

WDW pics, those I have tons of, but I'll have to dig them up off my hard drive. I even have one of my family and Torismom's family, if she doesn't mind me posting one?!?!

When were you there? We were there on the October 2, 2004 Magic. They told us we were the first cruise back to CC after Jeanne. For those who didn't see it first hand, the island looked dead. Most of the vegetation that was left was brown, because it had a good dose of salt water. There wasn't much vegetation left above 5 or 6 feet above the ground...like the island was covered with water and everything above the water was sheared off by the wind. The difference between October 04 and 05 was incredible, then from 05 to 06 was even better. Mother Natures ability to destroy is only outdone by her ability to recover.

This is from January of '05 and you can see that most if the island is not really green yet.

We happened to be on the 7 night cruise that turned into a 5 night cruise due to Hurrican Jeanne (we rode out the Hurricane at the Poly at WDW).....DCL did alright by people on that cruise. We got 50% of our cruise fare refuned plus about $300.00 onboard credit and 25% voucher for future cruise. We obviously could not make it to CC that cruise but made it back on our 3 day Wonder cruise in January of '05

I almost forgot! When I was at the Dollar Tree today, they have foam headvisors that look like Parrots!! Parrot Heads!! I was thinking we could get these and somehow Disney-fy them!! They had a section at the store that was all Luau stuff...leis, blowup flamigos and palm trees, coconut head cups, etc. Any thoughts??

Big Red 1 - we were at Castaway Cay in December 2004. It looked really good by then.
We did get a big kick out of the tour guide on St Maarten telling us that the island had 6 hurricanes in 8 years though!

Hi everyone,
I hope everyone has had a great Easter.
We spent Spring break in Arizona and it was awesome. There is something new and interesting to see around every turn. I also didn't expect the Grand Canyon to be so GRAND! We're still in catch up mode around here, but its great to be home.
