I am wanting to change the title of this thread to "October 11-18 2008 Eastern Magic- Parrothead Pirates in Paradise" but I can't figure out how to do the change. Any ideas?

I sent you another e-mail with directions how to change your title. I did a little more searching and figured it out. Go to Edit, then hit the
GO ADVANCE button, you will be able to change the title on that page.

Finally, I have completed the basic lay out for the web site..

When I say basic I mean basic. I am by no means a computer person.
But I think it will give us a way to keep track of things and get us all more information for the cruise..

I value suggestions and would love help in keeping it up to date with everyone's information.

If you want to send me a pm I will send you the link and you can check it out. Or I can post it here what do you think. Let me know...

Then we can start compiling a list of cruisers on it...

Greetings from Gatlinburg, Tn., and the Great Smoky Mountains. Had to get away for a few days, so here we are. Short trip though, back to reality Wednesday. Had to cruise around and find a public internet connection just to check in. Like the name change.

I should take another picture, our 30 inches of snow is almost gone now! It was 66 yesterday. Of course it's going to be in the 30's again tomorrow, but heck, I'll take 58 and 66 for a couple of days!

It was 67 today I am exhausted the kids were outside all afternoon.. They kept asking when I was going to open the pool...lol!!!!!

I just saw on our local news websites, they are evacuating people near a couple of rivers as many of them are flooding. The fields and empty lots and low lying areas right now are filled with water. We have soccer fields down the street, and there are ducks swimming in them LOL.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Erika just moved her ressie over to the TA that I booked with. She gives a great onboard credit and will beat any price that you currently have.
She said since Erika moved her ressie that she is grouping my ressie along with hers and we will get to have some group amenties... For example a cocktail reception or a Palo's brunch gifts in the rooms etc...So if anyone is interested in seeing what she can do for you. We will post her info. on our web site. Remember, you can combine onboard credits/.

I did just switch my ressie over. She is great!!!!!!!!!!!! It would be great to see how many of us we could get booked as the group to get the extra amenities.

I'll have to let Carol know I am with our newly formed "group"...I already booked with her last week and she truly DID beat all of the other offers I received (all of which I thought were great until I spoke with Carol!) OBC are a great thing, especially with two rooms booked!!!

P.S.Just spoke with Carol with a quick question about my reservation...She told me that she only needs THREE more bookings in order to grant this group with some special surprises onboard! She also pointed out that they have to be new bookings, not those who have already booked onboard...

We all got passports a few years ago, so we are set.

Currently we are looking forward to our Spring Break trip to WDW. Although DH and I prefer the cruise, DS10 wanted to visit the parks again. It has been a while since we were there and he is now really excited about doing coasters like Space Mountain that he was to timid to ride before. It should be fun.

Once we are back from that trip we will formally set a countdown clock here at home for this cruise. We also have a Wonder cruise scheduled this October, but it is the Eastern that we really yearn for! We love those two days at sea.

How bad? We applied 4 weeks ago. I'm sure we have time, but DS13 is going to France in June. That should be plenty of time right? He's going with my Mom and a group from our area. They'll be in Normandy on D Day. He is so excited!
