Hi everyone!
Just checking in on all of you. I may have to go back in this thread and take notes - it's hard to keep track of who is who!

Got our airfare on Thanksgiving morning - woohoo! For those Minnesotans who know how much we pay to fly from our wonderful state, we did pretty good. Flying Sun Country for $260. The fares went up to $330 on Friday am so I caught it just right. Checking every day paid off I guess. Now that I have hotel and airfare handled, I can kick back and relax!

Nice, $260! Sun Country released October fares already? Last year they didn't release the October fares until almost May, very wierd.


As for the Hyatt meeting in the morning, that would be fun! I think we are renting a car though, I think it's cheaper and we only need one way, since we aren't going right back to the airport after the cruise.

Great Gina thanks going to read the Pm now......I told the kids about Jenna at dinner and they were boucning out of their seats. Asking can we show Jenna the slide on the cruise? Can we show her where the ice-cream is? They kept going on and on.........Funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is too cute. Jenna was just as excited, my dh called from work and she told him all about it.

I bought HM wrapping paper and was going to wrap the tickets up in a box...Then have them open it up. I was going to surprise them at school and pick them up and then take them to get DH at work and then give them the box. ANy other thoughts???????

Good morning all, I have Jacob home sick today, he was vomitting and is just feeling yucky on Sunday, he still isn't 100% so he is home. Hopefully it doesn't go through the house, Yuck.

We were looking into airfares this weekend and I can't believe how much of a difference it is to fly out of Pearson as opposed to fly out of Detroit or Buffalo, it's just crazy. So we are probably driving to states side and flying out from there.

Yup, it is insane. Pearson is one of the most expensive airports for Airlines to fly into and out of therefore we feel it in our wallet. Crazy!!! We flew out of YYZ once, and that was because we had airmiles, otherwise we always fly out of Buffalo. It is just so much easier and cost effective. A smaller airport too, easier to navigate. We are definately flying out of Buffalo for the cruise, I think we might drive down for our March break trip, we have never done that so that should be interesting.

Jacob is fine today, must have been a stomach flu, he went to school today, I was in his class this morning helping out and he was fine so thank goodness for that. Heres hoping Jenna doesn't get it.
