Sorry Erika. i don't watch Lost, so i have no idea what happened. Tried watching in the first season and loved it, but kept missing episodes for various reasons and fell so far behind I just gave up.

So which lock is the Magic going thorugh first? Is it the Gatun or the Miraflores? Miraflores works, and the Gatun's still down.

Perhaps somebody should have warned them about the extra traffic on their site this morning.

Got the Panama Canal up. Looks I got images from bout an hour ago, nice big frieghter on my screen. Has she been through yet?

BTW, I'd sleep longer but My brain says I'm not going to so here i are

It seems that so many Disers are online that the camera went down... hoping it comes back up... IF it's there, it's not done yet... according to schedule it would not be done in Gatun until about 8 central... it's 7:15 now. If we don't see it at Gatun, there are two cameras at Miraflores (one is high resolution) and it should be arriving there about 2:30, and out of Miraflores about 4pm. I don't think there is a cam at Bridge of Americas... if anyone finds it.. let us know.

OK i got it. They show the backwards for our trip. I was on the Miraflores lock when it first loaded. Hope we don't break that this afternoon. Cause I'm home and i really wanna see her go through at least 1 lock. And they only have those 2 locks, plus the expansion site. There is a cam for the centennial bridge. Not sure if that's the same or not. Is that the approach to the gatun lock?

OK, well hopefully we won't break the camera at Miraflores this afternoon and we can watch then. The bridge is pretty but I'd like to see 1 lock set, boy the Miarflores looks like a tiny lock

Should we email the canal and warn them that this could happen again this afternoon with the Miraflores locks? I figure at minimum a couple hundred thousand ppl know about the link and who knows how many of them can actually watch

Me either! Guess the Centennial Bridge would be our next best shot at it. I've had two cups coffee and my daily bowl of oatmeal, and need to get a shower, I have PT at 11 today. I'll check back and forth this morning till time to go to PT.

There are two cams at Miraflores... the high resolution and the reg. cam...

Thanks... Last night the cat jumped up on my Mother's antique marble table with an antique lamp on it... I calmly told him to get down, I told him NO... he just sat on the old family bible and looked at me... so I had an ad from the newspaper in my hand and with out thinking... I rolled it up and swated the cat's hinny... OUCH... it hurt something fierce... and it's still sore... sure hope I did not rip something loose... hope the PT gal can get me some relief this afternoon.
