It's really easy.....

2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 block of cream cheese
1 packet of ranch dressing mix
4-5 boneless skinless chicken breast

throw it all in a crock pot and cook on high for about 5 hours
serve over rice and sprinkle sharp chedder cheese on top!!
YUMMY!!!

Sounds good and easy... I'm always looking for new a different chicken recipes since I can't eat beef...

1 Ricotta...hmmmmm I'd try that. Just parmasan is the "stinky cheese" until you go to a place like East Side Mario's and it's not powdered in a can and doesn't smell bad. Cooked feta is very salty but you can try to jerk it up a bit with Montreal steak spice but just a little sprinkle or it will end up like East Side Mario's hells kitchen chicken. See a pattern on our favorite restaurant???

We will not run out of things to say on the cruise. If we find we are so very different then so be it but somehow I doubt that would be it. Some of us are already Facebook friends LOL
