As soon as I posted my question I saw your little guys at the bottom and guessed!!!! Sorry - It will be so nice to meet you - hopefully our 6/7 year olds will hit it off quickly! My son is soooo excited.

So is it a good idea to bring travelers checks on this trip - for when we are in port? Has anyone been on one of the excursions? Any recommendations?

And Kristen, thanks for the tip, we would have never known how to make them little chocolates and since your box is almost empty...

YOur welcomed... They really are easy hey when you fill the molds. make sure you tap them gently on the counter so there are no air bubbles in them. You can microwave the chocolate to melt it but it does not turn out as good for some reason. But that is just me....!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, travelers checks or cash in the pots are the best.. We went to the beach and did our own thing so I can not speak about the excursions!!!SORRY!!!!!!!!

oh I know what you mean, my boys are so very excited as well and I'm sure they will have alot playing with your son.

We bought the plastic squirt bottle but it wasn't dry yet so I used the bouble boiler to melt them on the stove. The only tricky part was not to overfill the molds, then we put them in the freezer for 5 minutes, they turned out awsome. I wonder how much we are allowed to bring with us on the ship

The instructions said to fill the plastic bottle halfway and microwave at half power then kneed the bottle. Seems like alot of work and you say it doesn't taste the same. I am going to keep melting the chocolates on the stove with the double boiler. You just put the melted chocolate in the bottle, screw the top on and fill the molds.
We used a sheet of small rounds, they kind of look like little spaceships lol. Wasn't too much for choice so we will get more soon.
