Anyone got plans for the weekend???

We're going to pick up our new car this afternoon. I helped my son buy a new Hyundai Elantra SE (I love haggling for cars and I'm good at it ). We liked it so much, we decided to get one too. The dealer that we bought my son's car had promised us an additional $500 off for "customer loyalty"., but when we went to pick up the car, they backed out of the deal. So we went to another dealer and they were willing to match the original deal. Tough luck on the first dealer. So, we pick up the car today. Technically, this will be my wife's car and if I'm lucky, she'll let me drive it once in a while

Kidlets finished swimming lessons and passed the level!!! They did awesome!!. Our bbq bit the dust so we are off to get a new one. Have a good day!!!

I'll say Sat. night or Sunday then I can get it done early on in the cruise...My mom and Gina and I are going to help each other out and take each others stuff and then do four or five rooms and deliver each others stuff.. So maybe I should say Sunday.. For all three of us is that ok???!!!!!!!!!

I don't have anything planned today. The girls are going to a Dodger game tonight, and I will be picking my BIL, his DD, and 2 grandkids up from the Flyaway this evening. That's my excitement for today!!! Other then that, I'm just cleaning house!!!!

Hello Everyone!!

Yanno when you have a stressful time in your life, when EVERYTHING seems to stress you out? Well, that seems to be my month of July. Between the A/C Issues, babysitting issues and just everyday stress, I am nearing sheer exhaustion. I have just been SO TIRED lately! I think it might actually be my defense mechanism kicking in, yanno? I just want to get in the truck and drive away....find a hotel for the weekend and just CHILL!! Unfortunelty, it ain't gonna happen. Steve is working Saturday, he is off Sunday and Monday, but I have to work Monday and football starts Monday night. Connor is SO excited! He wore that dang helmet nearly all morning! LOL Andrew, almost 2, was scared of it at first, but then he was hugging the helmet! LOL

Nancy, you can put us down for any day for the FE. It doesn't matter and the boys will LOVE to run the ship making the deliveries!!!

What about a game of tag? Does anyone want to do this? We'll make a sign (or 2 if there is a HUGE interest) and put the names and cabin numbers on the back. When you have the sign on your door, you'll mark the back with the date you had it and then you'll tag someone else with it! I am willing to keep track of those that want to play and make the signs. Maybe we can get Veronica to make us a Mickey Head with just TAG! YOUR IT! in the middle? Let me know!

What's for dinner?? I don't wanna cook!

Got the pillowcases for the kids Gina!!!!!!!!!!

Is this to have them signed at Guest Services? We did this on the first cruise. I ironed on a photo of the ship at Castaway Cay in the center with the date on it. Then the characters signed all around it. On the second cruise we did the photo mat. I picked an 8x10 opening...6x8 was too hard to find....and had the characters sign the mat. Then we chose photos to go in them. Colton's has a family shot with Mickey, Connor's has just him and Jack Sparrow. The only thing I wish I would have thought of with the photo mat was to tape off the edge where the frame goes. Some of the signatures go under the frame. Had I taped it off, they would have signed within the tape lines. Oh well. Also, I had included markers of many colors and they signed all in black. The pillowcase is in all the colors.

Hey everybody!

It's the weekend!!! We're going up to the lake for my sister's birthday. She turned the big 4...0... on Monday, and she declared it the WEEK OF CAROLINE! Sooooo, I have her some small gifts for her to open for a week, but I'm behind already. I couldn't resist and got her some "depends". She'll be harassing me after that I'm sure. My BIL Bill will have his computer so maybe we can post a picture of the group. Talk to everyone later! Have a wonderful weekend.

Hi everybody...

Wow seems like everyone else is way ahead of me for the cruise...I have made myself up more magnets...Im going crazy now with ideas for magnets...I had to design some anyway for the May cruise since I am in charge of that on that meet...so I figured I might as well make me some more for this cruise I just need to start printing them up so I can see how many I have.

Today I was able to get some more gifts for the FE Exchange...Now where to put everything in my luggage Im thinking of bringing a duffle bag just for the gifts and once they are handed out, then I can use the bag for souvineers and such

I need to start trying on bathing suits for the cruise and getting one Thanks for the reminders

Oh I and I definantly need to go and get the pillowcase ready for them to sign...I did one on our four day cruise for DS and I think he was too young to understand what it was, but I was excited about it I bought a pack of two so I believe that I have one left...gotta go find it Would it be rude to bring both pillowcase and photo mat and ask for both to be signed because I would like the photo mat for myself and DS would like the pillowcase...Is that asking too much??
