Yea it was scary last night, but I did sleep easier knowing that the did catch the guy

Hi Everyone...

Sorry I have not been able to get on here until today. I have been kept busy here at moms. Not to mention that Christopher and myself have had that horrible sore throat and cough since we got off the ship.

I am still here in Cocoa...as you most may know from mom. So I do not have anything unpacked or washed at all. I will do that when I get back home on Thursday (well maybe not...cause I have to get the house packed up for the big move).

We had some major happenings here last night. We were here at the trailor when we heard this HUGE noise...(we were afraid that something fell on Chris because he was running back and forth in the house from Jenny to myself) and when we looked outside a Truck had run into the side of moms trailor!!! As we looked out, we saw a guy beating another guy up while in our Yard!! So I grabbed moms phone and called 911. Short story long...After about 12 Police cars arrived..The one guy was driving his truck and some other guy jumped into this guys truck and started beating him up (causing him to run into moms trailor!) and then the guy that had jumped into the truck to beat the other guy up- took off around the trailor park to hide. Thankfully the police dog found the guy and tore him up!! But anyhoo it shook us all up. Thankfully there isnt too much damage to moms trailor (thank goodness there was a tree that had slowed the truck down a little bit or else I would hate to think what would have happened...because that was right where Chris was running back and forth from!) So anyhoo that was our eventful day yesterday.

We were going to rebook a 2010 cruise while onboard and we got the quote and everything but we just couldnt push ourselves to spend that much money for a Disney cruise...so we are looking at other options for sailing. We did however rebook a 4 day Wonder Cruise for February for Christopher, My mom, My sister and myself since Mike will be starting Tax season. So I am excited about that!! It will break up the time till the May cruise!

I loved meeting everyone on the cruise..I miss the ship so much already but I know that there is plenty for us to do to keep us busy until we are back onboard

Hello Everyone!!

Re-entry is HORRIBLE, isn't it?? I asked Connor what he wanted for breakfast this morning, he told me Mickey waffles, doughnuts, hashbrowns and bacon. I said, Ah, welcome to reality! will toaster strudel do? LOL The little ones I babysit have been with family all week, so they are SPOILED and need some decompressing! LOL We'll make it!

I haven't gone back to read the past pages....I might try later....but we too would like to thank everyone for the FE gifts! How fun is that?! we all loved getting back to the room and seeing what was there!

we too, rebooked. we booked the 5 night Wonder, May 30, 2010. It's a double dip at Castaway Cay and a day at Nassau and a sea day. we are pretty sure at this point we will keep it, BUT we might trade it for a 2011 date on the new ship...we'll see.

Yesterday was one LONG day! we were up at 3am, off to the airport and was on land again at 830. Stopped for breakfast and then home to start wash, put stuff away, take a shower, get groceries, get the dogs, get Colton's glasses fixed, buy the boys LONG pants! LOL make dinner, more wash, and just get all that "stuff" done after coming home!

As some of you know, Colton lost his prescription sunglasses somewhere on board. THANKFULLY, they turned up at lost and found a few days later. Well at Universal, as we were getting off of Men In Black, Steve realized his $200 Maui Jim's were missing! THANKFULLY, at 8pm someone called to say they were found! Sheesh! Colton some how bent his regular glasses in St Maarten, so we had to get them fixed yesterday. I had to get a repair kit for MY sunglasses when we stopped for a case of water because I had lost a nose pad! This wax our trip for glasses issues.

It was so WONDERFUL to get to meet everyone! Now when I read your post, I hear your voice, accents and inflections! I wish we could all book the same cruise again!!!

The socks you gave me were wonderful... I want to some day do a double-dip.. It would be soo FUN if we could plan a meet sometime for all of us even if it was not Disney even if it was just NYC or something smaller.

My kids are back to school today too. They both missed at least 3 tests each. Why do teachers do that during Convention week, when a ton of MN people leave town that week because there are 2 days off?

Got home an hour ago. Spent most of the trip going up 17 instead of 95. More interesting, but needs research to be done properly. Wanted to stop in Myrtle Beach, but didn't know where all the hotels were to stop. Only saw 1 or 2 right by the highway. Got home and let rally out, he is now on top of hte blinds and not speaking to us i guess he didn't have a good week. Too bad for him. Have not yet caught up.

Shauna, I'm glad everyone is ok at your mom's.

Michele, I'm glad you found everything.

It was fun meeting ev erybody that i met. Although I think i missed meeting somebody here or there. We rebooked for Feb, 2010. The half off deposit threw us over. That however is a dummy date. Don't actually expect to make that 1. But we'll see. I am making up a new countodwon so I don't forget about it and reach the penalty phase on it . We'll call it dummy date #1


I DID get a picture of Brent on Pirate night happened to be standing in the strium waiting for supper and watching the costumes when I spotted him. The guests who were chatting with him b4 me were kind enough to take a pic of us together. So when that gets uploaded I'll post it here. Or next chapter. Somewhere

Merkie was actually excited to get back to school and see her friends. She and I are both sick also. Cough and sorethroat just like Shauna and Chris. Hey Shauna, any ideas how we got this?!?! We are both going to the doctor tomorrow.

Hey Denis, after church yesterday and I went to the grocery. We had nothing in the house. I bought Spam. It will probably be the weekend for we can try it though. I don't like eggs. Heidi told me something to make to go with the Spam, but I can't remember what she said. Do you remember Shauna?

I'm so jealous of all of you who rebooked. We didn't. I never had an interest in the Med cruises and was shocked at the cost of the 5 day Wonder cruises. We've not decided what we are doing. Maybe switching to RCCL and doing Freedom of the Seas. Considering waiting on the new the ships and just doing a trip to California and do Disneyland in 2010. We may be coming to see you Randy and Candy!

Well, I've got to go fix dinner. Nothing fancy, just tacos. No magic happing around here!!!

We dropped the idea of a 5 day cruise but were told those are in the summer and are more money. We decided on Octoer 16 2010 for a 7 day western and it was considerably less expensive then what we paid for this one. We dropped for the cat 5 to a cat 6 though.

Nancy complained that Garry our room attendant hadn't made the bed or makde a towel buddy yet. To top it off I just had to make my own coffee!!!!

We are still here at WDW. We leave Wednesday and then drive up to Hilton Head for 2 days. We won't be home until super late Friday night.

We had a great cruise. We did not re-book on board, but we already booked a cruise for next September a few months back. It will be cruise number 11.

Can I just say that I FROZE my butt off at the field tonight!? It got near 50 and those metal stands are COLD! I miss the islands!!!!!!

We had cold sandwiches and chips for dinner last night on paper plates, and Steve sits down and says "this is not what I am accustomed to!!!".

I was very disapointed this morning too when I realized no one made my bed or made me breakfast or left clean towels in the bathroom......
