I'm doing good! Tonight is back to school night, so we are going to that in about 45 minutes!!!!

I am so ready for this vacation. We have just 6 sleeps left and we are off to the Sunshine State!

Merkie and I have been wanting to come to CA and do Disneyland and San Diego Zoo and Univeral. We even planned it for this past summer, but we cancelled to do a family trip with my parents and brothers and their families to Niagara Falls. My Mom wanted us to all go as a family and I couldn't say no.

Hi everyone!!

Wow seems like everyone is busy...

Lets see...3 things to pack:
1- Ziplock Baggies of each size
2- Passport
3- Quarters in case we have to do laundry

Whew I am tired again tonight...we finished painting Christo's room And dad is almost done making Chriso's bed and Chris loves it!! Its so cute! Dad said that he just has to sand it down and add the slide to it (yes its going to be a loft bed with a slide...every boys dream eh? ) and Chris gets to choose the color that we are going to paint it...he picked lightening mcqueen yellow (like the bolt color on mcqueen) i think it will look good in his room. We just have to go tomorrow to get the wall border to put up and then the room will be all done (minus the toys and such) which I will start bringing over this weekend

Mom is coming down tomorrow with my sis Jenny... So that is more hands to help

Wow Why did we start all of this before we have to leave for the cruise Oh at least it will make us enjoy the vacation more But Im happy with how things are coming along. Chris' room will be all done which is what I was hoping for...and maybe with mom and jenny here we can get the bedroom that will be Mike and mine done as well...then it will be ahead of what I thought we would be before we leave

Tomorrow I am hoping to get the border up and maybe paint Chris bed and put that in the room! WOW we are actually get somewhere...slowly but getting there

I gotta remember to pack an extention outlet thing for the cruise....thanks for the reminder I am so tired but at least this will help us have less to do when we get back from the cruise

Hello Shauna!

I'm glad that you are making so much progress on Chris' room. I was wondering where Julie is tonight. She must be packing for her trip to your house! You need to post pictures of chris' bed when your Dad finishes it. If he does as good a job as he did on the Mickey Hands, I bet it will look great. You guys just don't get so busy with the house that you forget to show up on Oct 11th.

Forgot to add...I had a rough night...well early this morning...Chris peed the bed for the first time ever (it was kinda my fault...but shhhh...I realize it) So I had to change his clothes and mine and the comforter before i could go back to sleep..I just put a towel over the sheet (which i have to change when I get home). And that happened at 4am this morning...so now I have a minor headache...but thats ok...Im running on pure adrenaline

I hope your team wins. I don't get a chance to watch baseball much any more. We used to watch it alot, years and years ago. We were big Cincinnati Reds fans back in the days when Pete Rose and Johnny Bench and all those guys played. I'm probably telling my age there. Anyway, the reds lost their thunder and I lost interest. We then switched to basketball and we became huge Kentucky Wildcat fans. For the last few years they aren't doing so hot either. Are you seeing a pattern? If I get behind a team they start losing.

I have some pics that I took from my phone of the bed so far...its not done yet but I will try to post them when I can (I dont have the attachments to post from here) but I will definantly post the finished product for everyone Oh there is no way in HECK that we will miss the boat...we are going to be there bright and early....jumping off of the walls with excitement.
