I think I will go for a set like the one you posted though.....if he's not happy that it's not batman radios, then I'll put some batman stickers all over it!!!

Just keep your eyes on the sale papers. Especially the sporting goods stores. That is where we got ours. Dick's has pretty good deals on the sets.....we have one that has the 2 radios, charging stations for in the house with the adaptor for in the car and ear pieces! They are camophlage print and even have different animal calls! LOL the boys think they are too funny. I think it has bear, turkey, duck, and loon? We have had one set that used just regular batteries, and it seemed like we were always putting in batteries. If you get the rechargable set, even though the cost might be more initially, in the long run, you save!! I like the idea of putting the stickers on it, but if you play it up as "Big Boy" walkies and they aren't a toy walkie, he might think that's pretty cool too!!! Happy Shopping!

I don't even know if we have a full set of working radios anymore. We lost one of our good ones a few years back at MNSSHP, Jack "Steve" Sparrow had it clipped to his waist wrap, but it fell off and no one ever turned it in.

I like the idea of rechargeable!!!!! we spend a fortune on batteries here for toys already, so this would be alot better!!!!!!

I am only keeping "The" list!! There is a lot of info on the website about things we have scheduled. I will email you the url to the website in case you don't have it. Are you staying at WDW or the port area the night before, or are yo flying in the day of?? We are having a pool party on Friday night at the CI&S, and I think there is a get together some time at WDW that day also... There is a list of meets and picture opportunities on the website also.

The List is the master list with everyone's information on it. I think you have already done this, but if you need to update it, now is the time!

We are compiling fun things to do and making a Parrotheads Navigator that will have times for group photos, walking groups and even an Ice Cream eating contest! If you have any ideas, post them here or PM Kristin or Nancy!

We are playing a game of Tag. I see you are on that list!

Ummm, I think that's about it.

OH! On the other website we have, there are logos you can print and make Tshirts if you'd like.

A bunch of us are doing magnets for our doors too. I think you can find some on the other website as well as on the Creative DisSigns thread on these boards.

We are driving from KY. We are staying at the Radisson the night before. I think it is great that y'all have made plans to meet prior to the cruise. On my documents it still says 2nd seating.....does anyone know if Carol the TA took care of this since we will be going as a group or is this something I need to be working on?

Hi all, I just got an email from allen. I am trying to learn how to navigate this thread. I am so excited about the upcoming cruise. I have been trying to make some reservations on the boat. Kinda late though. I never got the tickets and the confirmation numbers untill last week. Even though I booked 2 years ago on the last cruise. I moved the reservation to this one and my travel agency dropped the ball.

Has anyone taken the swim with the rays on castaway cay? I did the one in
grand Cayman Island it was great. Not to sure about this one.

Have any of you used the motion sickness patch? I have them for both of us, cost me $90, but I am so afraid to use them. I hear so many stories about the blurred vision and feeling sick after the cruise. It also says not to drink with it on (but meclizine says that too, and I have). I have a feeling we'll have to adjust to the land after the cruise regardless, but I am still so worried about wearing them, but I'm also getting really worried about being sick.

I have never used them personally, but my mom has. It used to make her very drowsy. So, she didnt use it on the next cruise because she didn't want to sleep all day. But, it affects everybody differently. I have always taken Bonine with me just in case. I actually had to use it once on the Panama Canal crossing in 2005 (trying to outrun a hurricane). I was fine taking them.

Hope everyone else is doing well. I just ran out of ink printing up magnets. It goes so quickly, and i had bought the ones that is supposed to print double the amount of pages. So, Ill check in on everybody later.

Day started off right. The kids let us sleep! Breaky was awsome, I made french toast for everyone but I had a bit of a side dish I might add, sliced and fried Spam dipped in maple syrup........I'm still foaming at the mouth

Tammy, the tshirts we are using are white. There are different types of iron on transfers out there. We are finding that if you do the transfer that you have to print in reverse, it looks better. The other seems to make it look like a patch of sorts. I used the iron on transfer to make my FE bags, and the background of the picture is the same color as the bag.

Nothing has been mentioned of a scavenger hunt. Sounds like fun though. If you would care to plan it, I am sure others would enjoy it! If you don't have time, that's okay too!

If you are staying at the Radisson, you should walk over to Country Inns and Suites for the pool party Friday night! There are going to be a TON of folks there and I am SURE they would want to meet you! The other pool party is going to be at Saratoga Springs and the other party is at MK for MNSSHP. There are several families doing that too! ALSO, Allen is getting a group together for dinner Friday night at Grills. Contact him if your family would like to eat there too.

I am not sure about the dinner arrangements. Maybe a quick call or email to Carol would help. Otherwise, you should head to guest services after boarding to see about getting it switched. If you can't, we'll see you in the dining room!
