That was me that posted the ro-tel chicken... Not sure about that in the crock pot... you could do the chicken and rest of stuff in crock pot.... but the spaghetti would have to be boiled and added at the last... that's what I would do... then kind of stir it all together in the crock pot. Add cheese at table!

Crock Pot Pork Roast...
salt and pepper a 3-4 lb. pork roast...
slice a few slices of onion in bottom of pot
add roast
Dump 20 ounce can of pineapple (crushed or tidbits)
1 can of whole cranberry sauce

Cook one hour on high and 7 hrs on low
Awsome!

I am foaming at the mouth!!!!

Kristin I'm not sure how to admit that we are total hicks here but for a city of 400 thousand, this morning's paper couldn't talk about this because the front page was taken up with a story about an armed robbery at an adults only store......

I can't believe it didn't make headline news, I was watching it today, it is awful, I feel so badly for all the people it will affect!!! My prayers go out.

Nite Michelle... OH... that crock pot recipe on page 140 should read:
Cook on high ONE hour and low for 7 hours... I have a new crockpot that automatically goes to warm at the end of the timed cooking... I love it.

It will affect all of us sooner or later... I was looking to retire in less than two years... not sure that will happen right now.

I'm doing great. Today was a good day as far as Mondays go.

The pools look great. I don't swim, but I sure like relaxing next to them while Merkie does.
