Good morning everyone.

Went to school to set up the teacher breakfast for 6:30. UGH!!!!!!!!!!! I stayed up till the flights opened up for our Easter Trip to WDW and got them booked @ 1:30 this morning.. I am going to be beat by tonight. Got to run back to school for 9:15 to clean up the breakfast. Then a quick walk with some other moms from school. Then home to cut the grass..... Be back when I can later on!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning everyone! Hope everyone is doing well this morning. I probably won't have time to post the next few days. I have volunteered at the Right to Life booth at the festival this morning, so I am heading there until noon. Then I'm going to hit the craft booths before going to pick up Merkie at school. She is now bringing three friends home with her and I am taking all of them to the festival tonight. Only one is spending the night with us though. They want to be up there by 5:00 to eat and socialize a little before heading to the football came. Tomorrow, Merkie and I are both riding in the parade on our church's float, so we have to be to the loading site by9:30 to check in. The float this year is great. We have the three crosses with the center one being much larger. Everyone is dressing in costume. We have Jesus and Romas soldiers, everything. It's going to be fun. Then the rest of the day tomorrow will be food, friends, rides and music.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!!!!!!

Happy friday. I'm off for the weekend

Lets see. Have some chores to do around here. Murphy's oil on the cabinets and do the bathromm, wash some rugs and maybe some clothes. Go out for supper tonight cause the weather's gonna suck tomorrow. They're already running weather alert crawls at the bottom of the stations. Oh joy.

WOW I missed out on alot. Did I miss anything major? I have a few quiet moments right now until I go pick up my youngest at 12:30. Watching Ike closely to see how it's going to affect our cruise next week. I got my FE-can't wait to use it. I'm going to try to finish up the FE gifts this weekend. The ones for next week are already done. I only had to put 8 together. Boy scouts is starting up again so it's going to start getting more hectic. Thank goodness soccer doesn't start until after this cruise.

I hope everyone is doing well. We booked the Double Dip cruise for Nov 2009-anyone going to be on that one?

I just got the news! My travel agent said today that DCL just released military discounts for my (our) sailing and she got it for me! End result for my 2 connecting cabins???? A credit of about $1200 on my credit card!
YEAH baby!

So, if any of you are military active duty ( I DON'T KNOW ALL THE REQUIREMENTS) you may want to run, not walk, to your travel agent and see if you can get a "magical credit." Well, at least, it's magical to me!

How did your TA do that. I thought once you paid in full for the cruise you could not get a price adjustment for a better rate. Please share...I've gotten them before I've made final payments when they released Florida residents rate. Now it seems like they don't release those until after final pmt was due and I never looked into it.
I'm going to go look at the requirements. My dad is retired Air Force. I know he has gotten discounts at Shades of Green.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed. We don't get a chance to get away without the kids that often, and I actually got an upgrade for this one too. I was hoping to surprise my hubby with that. DCL said if they can leave the port they will and maybe change up the itinerary.
