We are doing well! School keeps us busy, as well as the social lives of a 13 year old girl and a 10 year old boy!

Hope everyone is well - that stealing of the big number was a total fluke!!!

The cruise is like the light at the end of the tunnel for the first grading period at school! However, only one of my first graders will be on the cruise now, as the other family has postponed their reservation.

Early morning from me here at Disney...Today is our last FULL day but its been a GREAT week. Chris is having tons of fun and our fun doesnt end here...we go to my parents for the next week, and then we have our cruise coming up soon

We have a surprise for him and my sis (ohana's with lilo and stitch) this morning and Chris woke up at 4:30am He isn't a morning person so to have him wake up that early really is a surprise...now we have to sit around and wait until 8:40am for breakfast...hard to do when your up so early and your tummy is growling.... At this point even Denis' Spam and Eggs are starting to sound good

We are off to DHS today (I think) we are torn between that and AK today...we were thinking AK because its a shorter day for us (we are all going to be sooo tired after waking up so early) but we are torn because tomorrow we leave so we were thinking to use the short day tomorrow as we want to head over to Mousememories to see what scrapbooking things they have (I have never been there and have heard that its only 15 minutes away from Disney)

WOW those videos are crazy...I love the superglue shoes one... and wow the cruise ship last week with the pool was CRAZY Anyone bringing their surfboards just in case

Im also sorry to hear about your Mexican restaurant ordeal...but hey Taco Bell isn't the worse That is great that you and your Ex get along so great. Everyone thinks that is funny about me and My mother in law...we Get along GREAT...People often think that we are Mother/Daughter instead of MIL and DIL I call her my second mom She is great I love watching people's faces when they ask if she is my mom and I tell them NOPE she is my MIL

Ok I seriously am thinking of drinking some coffee today and I am NOT A coffee drinker I am not sure how we are going to make it thru the day today...Well maybe we can at least get to ride Toy Story Mania before we fall asleep

For our anniversary several years ago Brian gave me a day at the spa... massage, manicure, pedicure, hair wash and style... the pedicure was by far the best part and I have been longing for another! He said go for it on the cruise, so Sunday morning I have my appt so my toes will look pretty all week long... LOL!

I wash my hands too often to keep polish on I think! Not to mention I have one fingernail that grows in a little strangely since I crushed it in the car door several years ago... OUCH! Oh well... I wear sandals most of the year anyway so toes work for me!

Heidi, With 2 babies in diapers, I wash my hands a zillion times a day!! If you have a good base and top coat, you can keep polish for about 5 days. This last time, I actually kept the polish a full week. I was surprised, not sure what was different? Just don't use your nails as tools! I used to do that too often! That helps too!!! I find having the polish on helps to make them stronger. Now that winter is coming, they will be harder to keep. they get very dry and tend to split and break more often.

I love a French Manicure, but have never been really good at it. A few weeks ago, I found a White Tip Pen...almost like a marker! It was great! Made it so much easier, but I was still managing to flub it up. I started looking for different ideas on doing the French Manicure. I have seen different tip styles, colors, etc. I came across a few YouTube videos. One was a tutorial on doing the French Tips. I now have the FOOL PROOF way of doing my nails! After you paint on the white tips, you take a small cosmetic brush, dip it in acetone, brush off the excess on a papertowel, and from the back of the nail, gently "bump" the white until you get a clean edge and the shape you want! I swear, it looks like I have had my nails done at a salon!!! My left looks better then my right....I am not a very good lefty, but with practice, I'll get there!
