Im trying to decide when to book our next trip....is it true if you go at the end of Oct...when you wake up Nov 1st it will be decorated for Christmas?

This has been asked and answered many times. Just do a search for "Christmas decorations".

November 2nd if the last MNSSHP is on November 1st.

Even then, it would only be Magic Kingdom that would have any decorations that early (since the first MVMCP is only a week later), but I doubt it would be completely decorated after just one night.

We went to WDW Nov. 3rd-8th in 2011. We noticed that each day there was a little more decorations and it was mostly in the parks. It was not all done over night. But if compared our first day to our last, there was a dramatic difference.

This happened to us 2 years ago, we didn't expect/think about it so it was a HUGE shock to go to MK 2 days in a row and yes, they did a Halloween to Christmas switch overnight. Of course they add more as time goes on but it was still very noticeable and super cool to go from orange, fall décor & suddenly have decorated trees, overhead/main street Christmas decorations, lots of red/white candycane stripes everywhere and holiday music. We are going to try to catch it again, by booking a trip that has the Halloween party in the beginning & MVMCP at the end so we don't miss it. good luck!

they need to film a documentary of how they pull it off LOL!:)
