Oct 5-12 visit - deluxe rates?

well it was too good to be true - had AKL Sav for 168 (includes tax) a nite...cancelled due to the hurricane and asked if there were any discounted rates for deluxe hotels from oct 5-12 or 6-13 - since i have been so involved in planning our visit for 9/1-9/8, i am clueless and have to start over again with trip planning -

i called and gave them my "postcard rate" and they mentioned none of the deluxes had a disct and said if there was no disct for that rate, there would be no discts at all.

does anyone know of any deluxe discts avail for around that time frame? i really was excited about AKL but looks like we will miss out.

Try the BAT or BAS code. Some were also booking day by day instead of for the whole week. And then keep calling back about your other days if you don't get them all for a discount.

I used BAT for 10/6-10/10 with no problem but they were filling up fast. This was last Wednesday when the new codes first came out. I am paying $169 for WL on Wed & Thur CV, then $244 for Fri & Sa, GV at the Poly. With the Halloween party happening on Friday the 8th that could be your problem. When I checked for WL for those last two nights all they had discounted was Presidential Suite & Honeymoon SUite at close to $500 a night.

I checked your dates (10/6-10/13) at the Walt Disney World Web site. They are showing availability at the Polynesian (lagoon view) for the BAT code ($330 per night).

They are also showing availability at All Star Sports or Music. No moderate resorts were available.
