I am new to DCL how do I get on the list for FE?

WELCOME !!!!

Ok, here is alot of information to help you with the FE.
We have a cruise mates list that Shell (woogal) is putting together. I am helping collect the information for her.
Everyone who wants to is put on the list and it includes part or all of the following information

Photo
posting name
real names of everyone in your party
ages of kids (so they can find others their own age)
Dining time
cabin number
any apecial occassions you might be celebrating on board
how many cruises you'be been on
City and state your from.
E-mail address ( need this to send you the list)

If you want to do Fish Extender, then we add that information to the list too.

When the cruise gets about 6 weeks away Shell or I will send out a special list of everyone who is doign the FE to everyone who is participating so you will have the cabin numbers of everyone.

Right now many just have a GTY room so they dont have a cabin number yet. Around 6 weeks prior to the cruise everyone should have their cabin numbers to be put on that list.

Hope all of that makes sense to you. You just need to send a PM to either woogal or me(mom x4,grandma x4) with your information.

You need to post either 12 or 15 times before you can send a private message. So after you post that many times you can either click on my posting name at the upper left side of my post and then it will say Private message, click on that and type your message or go to the top of the forum page on the right side it says private message and click there and follow the prompts.
Then your all set.

If you like to scrapbook we have a lady who is doing a special fun meet for that too. I am sure she will post about it again soon, plus it should be on the cruise mates list if your interested in signing up.

Happy to have you with us. What is your first name?
I am Kathy and hubby is Greg.

Denise - love your idea for shopping for cruise clothes!

The sun is in and out today but it's warmer - high 60s I think. It's a cleaning day for us, lots of laundry and just general picking up, dusting, running the vacuum, etc. Our backdoor is open and letting fresh air in and it feels wonderful! Tonight, we will be in front of the fire place again as it's supposed to cool down!

I made a BIG pot of Spaghetti sauce this morning and it's been simmering away. When I make it, I make a bunch and freeze 3 to 4 meals worth each time. Have salad makings and garlic bread makings for dinner. Just deciding if I want to make a cheesecake or pull out a Cherry Pie from the freezer. (If I was on the Dream, I could just order two desserts - LOL!).

I so cannot wait for Spring because that means Summer is right around the corner and then FALL and the DREAM!!! :) It will also be nice to have warmer weather while we wait for our cruise...so many more fun things to do with the warmer weather!

I'm here, been trying to work out and get down to a decent size for the cruise. plus, my parents took the kids to the circus tonight, so I've been kind of enjoying mommy alone time this weekend. :D Hope everyone is doing well!

I'm here! It's been a rainy, cloudy day here with a tornado that touched down (still waiting on confirmation) not too far from my son's school. Power outages and a house on fire, but we've not heard anything since about 7p.m. Trying to stay up for the news tonight to see if there is anything else about it.

We've been trying to get the house cleaned up, laundry done and put away and ready for a busy week. DH is still doing therapy on his wrist and it's probably going to be a while before he has full use of it. I think he overdid it a little too so he's been in a lot of pain tonight.

Hope everyone has a wonderful week! (One more week closer to our cruise!!)

I'm really excited this week. Hubby and I, DD, her boyfriend, and all three of my grandchildren, plus a school friend of the oldest grandson are heading to Orlando this weekend...Disney bound, of course. We plan on going to MK and possibly Typhoon Lagoon, depending on the weather (for me at least), and other attractions in the area.

The friend of grandson has never been to Disney World so we're going to be doing more touristy kinds of things this trip. DD decided the best park for a newbie is MK. We're also going to try and go to both coasts...we'll see.

We're down for a week. Can't wait!

Terry, sounds like a great week. Have a magical time :goodvibes

Kimberly,
we had alot of coverage on the news for Tornadoes in several states. Hope the school isnt damaged . Maybe it missed it altogether.
I have been through a few tornadoes after the hurricanes went through Florida when we lived there.
I dont mind the hurricanes but those tornadoes are scary. Last one was 1/4 mile from us and it killed 11 people and took an entire brick church and only left the concrete slab. They found bits and pieces of it for miles around in the trees. Luckily it was night so nobody was in it. Right next to the church were 6 tiny houses and they didnt even loose a shingle, Really strange. The park near us had trees down and many of those standing had their bark twisted like a cork screw. It was just unreal what it did.

So happy to hear you guys are ok. Hope everyone gets power back soon,

Just rain here today. 35 degrees right now which isnt too bad.

Hi Denise:flower3:

Have a great monday everyone,

Kathy

I'm here too, just been busy getting ready for our annual trip to New Orleans. Once we get back, my focus will be all about the cruise. I have been reading lots of trip reports and already thinking about what nights we want to go to Palo and also maybe make it to Cabanas one night (I say that ever cruise but never make it.)

Weather has been beautiful here. Spring has already hit Vegas. Lots of flower blooming. I love this time of year here.

Ahlan told me about this... I told her today that you can pick me up on the way and DH can just bring me home in November after the cruise... :lmao:

It was rather chilly here over the weekend and super rainy/snowy... Supposed to snow again Wed and Thurs... Will winter ever end for us?! Kathy, Greg, I think Denise and I have had enough winter for the year, send us some spring now please! :thumbsup2

Hope everyone has a great Monday! I'm off to get some Starbucks and some scrapbooking stuff.

Only 236 days until your cruise sets sail!

Hi

Heather is doing well....back to work not 100% but working slowly up to it...they dont want her doing any of her P.T (running and work outs) yet
for at least 6 months.
She is actually getting married next week...St Pattys day. :cheer2: I am glad that they are finally getting married, (Izzy's daddy)...just a tiny ceremony, I wont be there....but I'm glad that they are finally doing it.

Well I gotta run...I should not be on here.

Kathy: I'm looking forward to my new son-in law....Ritch is a good guy..I really like him so I'm happy. Plus Izzy needs her daddy around a lot more. Once they get married, then Heather will start the process of moving out to Seattle, Washington with him. So now I have a new place to visit!!:thumbsup2 maybe I'll stop in and visit you and Greg!! :goodvibes But actually I dont see her getting out there until end of summer or fall....

By the way,I wonder how Greg is doing, I kinda miss him on here.

nothing else going on here.
